We had a very good waiter called Alex who looked after us so well in restaurant, the reception were helpful, and the laundry service was good value and efficient.

The hotel was built very beautifully but that's where it ended. There's no maintenance no upkeep and a bunch of hustlers run in the operation upon arriving they stuck me in a room that was so far away from the parking lot. I ran out of breath, trying to walk there as I couldn't take my scooter, cause the hallway had a big hole on the floor and I couldn't pass it. Pond complaining they told me they'd give me a better room for $56 more a day nice way to treat a handicap person that notified him I was coming as a handicap person then they put me in a room with no hot water. I would complain get hot water for 10 minutes by the time my wife took a shower no more hot water back to complaining then I would get hot water at night. We couldn't get hot water because the maintenance man had already left in the bathroom. You receive two towels one hand towel one floor mat one asked for washcloths. They told me they don't supply it at this price and not only want washcloths. I want soap, body lotion that goes with it was not there we signed clothes out to be washed. They come back just folded as soon as we opened a bag you could smell the odor of sweat and whatever else collection your underwear and then they charge me $12. The whole time was nothing but a nightmare we checked out just to go to another nice hotel, which was beautiful.

No me gustó que aun a las 11 de la mañana cuando uno está en la piscina y hace calor no nos vendieron nada para tomar porque no habían echo inventario. Es un lugar donde hace mucho calor y por lo menos a las 9 de la mañana ya debe haber algún tipo de bebida disponible, mínimo agua...
