Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed signals: several guests praised "muy limpio", but multiple complaints note musty/odor issues, visible maintenance problems (peeling paint, cracked sink) and poor room upkeep.
Service
9.3
Consistently praised: staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and attentive across reviews; one isolated safety/parking complaint does not outweigh overall positive service feedback.
Location
9
Strongly positive: many reviews highlight excellent, convenient location near shops, airport and key points; frequently cited as a major advantage.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed: some guests mention comfortable beds and good room amenities (AC, fridge), while others report small/poorly maintained rooms, humidity smell and issues like cracked sinks and uncomfortable mattresses.
Amenities
8.8
Generally positive: pool, restaurant and other facilities receive favorable mentions; isolated reports of broken pool chairs and maintenance needs reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions: several guests praise good price/quality and affordable restaurant options, while others find the hotel relatively expensive or criticize condition versus price.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Mostly positive: restaurant and food repeatedly praised as good; some complaints about limited breakfast variety (repeated gallo pinto) and occasional service/timing issues for breakfast.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall favorable: many 'excellent' and positive headlines reflecting good staff, location, pool and food, tempered by notable maintenance and room-related complaints for some stays.

Pros:

Cons:

Het is een beetje gedateerd.
