Excellent Stay!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Park Grand Mayfair and truly enjoyed every moment.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team gave us a warm and heartfelt welcome that made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile.
Our room was exactly as we expected - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from Marble Arch Underground Station, making it very convenient for exploring London.
The reception desk is staffed 24/7, which was very reassuring, and the breakfast team (especially the hostess) was wonderful - always smiling, welcoming, and providing excellent service.
We would be delighted to stay at Park Grand Mayfair again on our next visit to London.

When I checked into my room, it was clearly damp. I went to open a window, but the glass was shattered. The shards fell over my hand. I can not believe this broken window had not been noticed by the staff.
