Room small, ensuite smelt as poor ventilation

Het personeel was heel aardig, het ontbijt was goed en de kamer heel fijn. Wat je krijgt voor de prijs is top!
De ligging was iets minder, voor de metro moest je al snel een kwartier lopen.
De schoonmaak was wat minder. 1 keer geen wc papier gekregen waardoor we mis grepen en persoonlijke spullen waren verplaatst.

Personnel gentils surtout ceux du petit déjeuner !! .très souriant et avenant.
Ns avons eu un soucis de plomberie et avons demander à changer de chambre,on a un peu dû insistera départ.
la réceptionniste à bien entendu d abord vérifié si le problème était réparable( c était le soir). Mais comme non ,elle a bien voulu changer pour une nouvelle chambre en bas de l l escalier.
elle était certe plus petite mais aucuns bruits ni de la rue ,ni des voisins !

Notre chambre était à côté du coin petit déjeuner .on avait un voisin qui a 2h du matin parlait au téléphone. On entendait aussi son interlocuteur ! Et la couette un peu étroite.
Et juste la moquette qui fait du bruit .

It was very central to where we needed to be
We booked 5 rooms, one as a family and one my friend booked. On the day of our wedding she received an email and said they couldn’t accommodate her anymore as they had no rooms and she had been moved into another hotel across the road. This was handled, not ideal but we dealt with it. When we checked the family in, we went into one of the rooms and there was someone in there, his cases, charger, shoes on the floor so we went down to reception to tell them and they went and checked the room and confirmed yes, there was someone in there- which we knew. They then found another room for us. Which they had previously told my friend they didn’t have and put her up in another room.
The hotel was beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were comfortable. Storing and moving our disability scooter was really appreciated as it made many more activities possible. We could t have been happier.
