Went there for vacations. Request two times about cot and extra bed before arrival and they didnt respond and on arrival

Cons:

Нас разместили в другую гостиницу, объясняя это тем, что в гостинице где мы бронировали технические неполадки. Перед въездом в номер , взяли депозит в размере 100 фунтов , деньги вернулись только через 1 месяц.

Servizio e personale. Troppo caldo sento in camera ne aria condizionata ne ventilatore. Veramente come entrato dentro un fonno di piazza.

Cons:

Były bardzo gorące dni podczas naszego pobytu, lodówka mocno grzała co nie pomagało.
Wiatrak był słaby, mało wiał w pokoju nr 10, ciężko było wytrzymać pierwszego dnia.
Karta do drzwi codziennie nie działała i trzeba było ją na recepcji poprawić, żeby otworzyć drzwi u siebie.
Mimo wszystko polecam.

Pros:

Not much. We booked the Britannia and were sent 5 mins down the road to sister hotel after paying £25 for parking

Cons:

Neighbours were screaming and shouting for 3 days. Despite complaining to reception nothing was done. Very loud hotel. Can hear every door close people screaming and stamping. But wasn’t Britannia, we were sent to sister hotel with no notice. Breakfast as horrible. Could have repaired the puncture in my tire with the egg
