Pros:

Daily housekeeping was always ready to help

Cons:

Customer service was poor from some of the staff. It was really hot 34 celsius, staff could only supply one fan, which was small and very slow so had to suffer in the heat and perservare through the nights. Hotels should be prepared for climate changes and supple decent working fans for all customers.

Pros:

I really like the staff. They were supportive and helpful. I can't say anything bad about them. Rooms were clean and fine.

Cons:

Rooms which we received were bad climatisation. The air conditioner didn't work as well as it can. Temperature in rooms was high, what affected our sleep.

Unhygienic, I'm gonna take a long time to get over this

This hotel was very uncapped dirt and weed smokers

Cons:

Everything you could not work on it the cleaner to live outside for the two days floor was absolutely dirty. Couldn't walk on it with your socks due to sticking on the floor. Bed is absolutely disgusting. Hotel absolutely smell.

Varasin bookingin mukaan hotelli huoneen Britannia Inn hotelliin, kun saavuimme paikan päälle, ohjasi respasta mies meidät ihan eri hotelliin koska varaus oli hänen mukaansa siellä. Hotellihuoneemme oli Park Hotel nimisessä hotellissa. Hotellihuone ei ollut yhtään kuvien mukainen, huone oli kooltaan sopiva kahdelle mutta huone oli todella ”epäsiisti”. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään viilentävää ja oli koko reissun ajan kostea ja epämukavan kuuma. Yhden yöpymisen jälkeen aloin oireilla ja epäilykseni homeesta osui oikeaan sillä oireet vain paheni siellä ollessa, olen altistunut homeelle aijemmin ja altistun sille herkästi ja myös ystäväni ilman mitään home taustaa tuli kipeäksi. Myös missään ei lukenut että hotelli perii 100£ deposit summan ja kertoivat sen palautuvan heti kun kirjautuu ulos, lähtiessä kysyimme miten sen kanssa tehdään niin ilmoittivat henkilökunta että palautuksessa menee 2-4viikkoa.

Cuando llegamos, 01:00am, habían adjudicado nuestra habitación y nos dieron una habitación en otro hotel que era horrible,pasamos un calor horrible ya que nos metieron en un ático con 2 camas a ras de suelo...al día siguiente nos fuimos.Booking nos reembolsó el dinero,pero el hotel se quedó con un depósito de 100£

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Shocking!!!!

Nothing as the room I paid for was not available by the time I got to the hotel with my family and there had to be an arrangement to another hotel.

The room I paid for was not available by the time I got to the hotel with my family and there had to be an arrangement to another hotel ( The park hotel)which didn't even have a fan in the family room that we booked in this weather condition. It is my worst hotel experience ever. How do you tell a customer their booked and paid for room is not available only when they arrive after they had spoken to during the day to let you know they would be arriving late.
