In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.
One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.
A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.
You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.
All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.
The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Tout, le confort des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel, le buffet incroyablement variés. Tout était parfait.
J’ai à peu près tout aimé, à part les ascenseurs, car il y en avait qu’un sur trois, qui fonctionnait et l’attente était longue pour accéder aux étages, qui en comprenait 11. À part ça tout était OK
L’hôtel était formidable. Cependant un peu éloigné de tout, mais pour se reposer profiter des piscines, de la vue qui était superbe ainsi que des environs, C’était nickel.
Les ascenseurs. Il n’y avait qu’un qui fonctionnaient sur trois et l’attente pour accéder au neuvième et 11e eme étage était un peu lent surtout aux heures de pointe. à part ça tout était OK

En general todo, las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal de hotel muy amables y atentos, en especial a los camareros del Buffet, desde el hombre que estaba en la plancha hasta las chicas que te preguntaban si necesitabas una cucharita.

El buen trato del personal y las vistas al mar
Instalaciones un poco obsoletas, muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores y la mayoría averiados, habitaciones pequeñas, camas super incomodas, Buffet masificados y poca variedad de comida, falta de aparcamientos, plantas en obras y sobre todo falta de comunicación y lejanía de centros de ocios, playas, etc
First of all: all rooms in the hotel face the ocean on the west, so you get the most beautiful scenery at the sunset. All rooms have a balkony. This is a very lovely part of the stay. Some rooms are directly by the pool are, which might be a bit loud, some are vey high on top of the mountain, which can be a bit long to climb. We were lucky to get one on the 5th floor (starting from the reception) not too high, not too low. 10/10
Also the hotel is in the most southern part, there is no strong permanent wind there as in the airport, very mild climate.
Second, the meals are very generous, always a couple of meat selections, cheezes, salads, sea food, specalties, sweets. In the pool area hot dogs, fruits, ice creams are available. Can get quite busy after 21:00, so earlier the better. I liked the meals a lot, freshly grilled meat, olives, cheezes was always my choice. Always something to eat for kids, like pizzas or croutons. Meals I rate 11/10.
First I was a bit discouraged when learned that the hotel a bit on the mountain so you can't easily access the sea, but then I learned there is a regular free bus shuttle from the hotel to the sea and back, and it turned to be very convenient. Also there is a bus shuttle to the nearest city with a lovely beach (9-12 a.m.). Nice part - there is an all-inclusive bar at the beach.
Full room cleaning every day with towel replacement.
Shows and dancing/bingo in the evening, quite entertaining. Kids disco 20:00 - 20:20. The animation team is very lovely, thanks to Ivona the manager, a very kind-hearted person.
Sunbeds are kinda easily available until around 11 a. m., after that it can be tricky to find a couple but there are always available near the reception, no one is usually hangs there as it is a bit far from the pool. We've been there in August, so not the full occupancy as I understand.
The hotel is ~40 min ride from the airport, so the taxi would cost about 80-90€ extra. The parking lot is a bit underneath the hotel (10 min walk uphill), so can't recommend taking a car at the airport. Maybe they allow you to use the parking lot at the reception if you rent a car from the hotel, I've seen people parking there but I don't know.
Children disko fell out sometimes which was confusing, you come with a kid at 8 pm, wait there for 15 mins and then nothing happens, although overall the animation team is very nice.
Elevators were not working often and not in the best condition.
The sea was almost always rough at the daytime (strong waves) when the shuttle is working, so better go there before 9a.m. or late after 7p.m., or take a shuttle to the Mogan beach, there the sea is very calm.
Bathroom is very decent, with both showering cabin and bathtube, but metal furniture can use some adjustment, loose screws etc.

Me gustó las vistas tan bonitas que tenía, con acceso a la playa super cerca, la comida del buffet en cantidad y calidad también bien. Habitación grandes y cómodas.
Sólo había un solo ascensor los otros dos los tenía parados, estábamos planta 11 y coger el ascensor era una odisea, y la animación era poquísima. Le falta animación.
Es la segunda vez que vamos y el trato del personal cada vez es mejor, son un gran equipo, desde luego que hacen que la estancia sea única.
Cada día veníamos el atardecer, las vistas inmejorables.
El año repetiremos aunque estamos al tanto de que estarán de reformas, veremos las mejoras pronto!.
La falta de opciones que tienen con conexión al aeropuerto, el parking es escaso y decidimos no coger coche. Entonces para ir al hotel/ aeropuerto es muy caro el coste y no hay servício en el hotel, aunque te facilitan contactos, no deja de ser 70 euros cada trayecto para 2 pax. Sería lo único a mejorar.
