Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Cribs are subject to availability. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.

All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.
The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Yo le quitaría una estrella
Pros:

Las vistas espectaculares, el personal también. La comida muy buena.

Cons:

El mobiliario muy viejo y para llegar a la habitación muy mal las ubicaciones, tenías que caminar, subir escalera, ascensor, rampas todo para llegar un laberinto.

Vacaciones en grupo perfectas, para repetir!!!!
Pros:

Animación, piscina a buena temperatura. Tumbonas disponibles. Guagua gratis a la playa. Comida excelente con mucha variedad. Hacen un gran trabajo todos los trabajadores para que las vacaciones sean perfectas.

Cons:

Echamos en falta la fiesta ochentera, que estaba en programación pero no se hizo.

Our stay at the hotel was great! And everyone who worked there were great too!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, always helpful and kind. The cleaning staff were great too! The food was much better than I expected for an all inclusive. Very good cooked.

Cons:

The coffee was not good and also the WiFi wasn’t good enough. We had to use our internet. The laundry and parking it’s extra.

En el TI en bebidas muy escaso ..no entra an mojitos y ni si quiera las botellas de agua la comida muy repetid y escasa…las camarera del bar la choza muy desagradable y para aparcar el coche nunca había aparcamiento teníamos que caminar mucho y cuesta arriba …mi vuelo salía a las 9 de la noche y tuvimos que pagar para poder comer el último dia y por una habitación de cortesía para cambiarnos . No se por que le llaman de cortesía si te la cobran

Todo. Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Mogán Princess & Beach Club fue bastante decepcionante.

El principal problema fue la habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente, situada en la parte más alta del complejo. Había que subir una enorme cantidad de escaleras porque la mayoría de los ascensores estaban averiados. Tengo problemas de rodilla y esta situación resultó muy complicada. Además, en ningún momento se informa claramente de estas dificultades de acceso.

Cuando llegamos a la habitación, el baño estaba sucio, olía mal y apenas había enchufes, ya que solo encontramos uno en el cuarto de baño. Tras reclamar, nos cambiaron a una habitación más baja, pero la sorpresa fue que el baño también estaba sucio y con un fuerte olor a cañerías.

Quiero destacar que el personal fue siempre muy amable, cercano y profesional. Intentaron ayudarnos y buscar soluciones en todo momento, por lo que no tengo ninguna queja sobre su atención.

Sin embargo, los problemas de limpieza y accesibilidad hicieron que finalmente solicitáramos la devolución del dinero y nos alojáramos en otro hotel ese mismo día. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las instalaciones y el estado de las habitaciones están muy por debajo de lo esperado. Una pena, porque el personal merece una valoración mucho mejor que las instalaciones.
