Pros:

We really liked this hotel. The most important things we liked: taxi from airport to the hotel, friendly check in, classical hotel style, comfortable room and bed, very tasty breakfast (we especially enjoyed salmon), and excellent location – everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Pros:

Atmosfera molto accogliente e rilassante. Ottima colazione. La via in cui si trova la struttura è molto carina.

Cons:

Alcune parti dell’hotel andrebbero un pò rinnovate (es. ascensore, alcuni dettagli della stanza come la moquette del pavimento un pò usurata)

Ótima opção para ficar em Santiago
Pros:

A cama é muito confortável, os quartos possuem ar-condicionado, o quarto é espaçoso assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã é bom e existe um lanche da tarde grátis para hóspedes. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis.

Cons:

O pagamento da estadia precisa ser feito no crédito, sem a possibilidade de pagar no débito. Poderiam ter avisado isso anteriormente.

Perfect stay for one night Santiago orientation before heading to the snow.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Comfy beds. Near all restaurants, park and gondola. Helped with transfers.

Cons:

An outstading staying @Le Reve!
Pros:

I’m at a loss for words to describe the (brief) time I stayed at the hotel. Spectacular location... but the hotel itself is what really stands out: great room, spotless cleanliness, and top-notch facilities and amenities. The incredible breakfast also deserves special mention.
