The hotel is based just 15 mins walk from our offices, making it an ideal location. We walk, as getting a taxi, from somewhere so close to the office is a nightmare.
Been coming here for a few years, it’s beginning to show its age in some places and the rooms are getting to the point of needing freshening up.
The bar and restaurant by the pool is a lovely relaxing space after a hard day. The pool is shared with the IBIS next door.
The buffet on the ground floor always has a good selection, which regularly changes items in and out. Ideal hotel for business, but location isn’t a tourist area.

Pathetic excuse for a hotel.
This property seems to be exploiting its location advantage since it’s close to major office hubs, especially given how chaotic Bangalore traffic can be. Unfortunately, beyond the location, there is very little that justifies the price they charge.
The staff is shockingly undertrained and inexperienced. Honestly, most of the front desk team would struggle to meet the service standards expected even at an average 3-star hotel. The lack of professionalism and competence is very noticeable from the moment you check in.
The rooms are small, cramped, and poorly maintained — definitely nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel charging premium rates. The breakfast buffet is equally disappointing, with limited variety and very average quality.
My biggest issue was the front desk staff. For a so-called 5-star hotel charging nearly $200 per night, the service standards are embarrassingly poor. It genuinely feels like someone is running a scam by charging luxury hotel prices for a subpar, badly maintained property with service levels far below acceptable standards.
Overall, this hotel survives purely because of its location, not because of its quality, service, or hospitality.

Mr mannan and deepak was much co operative from reception and the hotel room service is very good with delicious food along with lots of variety.
