Splendid stay at Novotel

.An Absolutely Splendid Stay — Treated Like Family!
Our recent stay at Novotel was nothing short of splendid. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and comfort exceeded all our expectations. The staff and concierge team have an incredible knack for intuitive hospitality—it honestly felt like they were reading our minds! They always knew the right questions to ask to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel less like guests and more like family.
A very special thank you to Kecha in the dining area. Kecha was exceptionally well-trained, impeccably mannered, and always right there when we needed assistance, which made our trips to the buffet so much easier and more enjoyable.
We also want to give a huge shout-out to Kauve (sincere apologies if I have misspelled her name!). She had such a warm, natural presence that it felt like we had known her for a long time, and she made our check-out process completely effortless and smooth.
Thank you to the entire Novotel team for such wonderful service. We cannot wait to come back!

Cons:

The check in process was a bit delayed
I wish that could have improved and also if the check in desk was faced the other side because when we come from a long journey tired and restless we present ourselves to other guests present in the hotel, so if the process is not delayed and we get our rooms as soon as possible that would be perfect

Comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Good hospitality

Cons:

Extremely expensive and not value for money. The rooms had muddy water pouring from the sink when I checked in.

Great hotel for business travel in Bangalore
Pros:

- Very clean hotel with well maintained rooms
- Beds very comfy and shower was excellent
- Tv function was very good and easy to use
- Swimming facilities excellent and also enjoyed the breakfast selection and service from staff in the restaurant
- Well located for my business trip and WIFI was excellent

Cons:

- Mosquitoes in bar lounge area were a pain and more can be done to mitigate this I feel
- Water function dropped off one morning causing delay in showering
- Confusion on first night on being served food and were sitted in restaurant only to then be told we had to go to room and order the late night room service option

Pros:

• Outstanding cleaning service and a very clean room in general.
• Warm wooden floor in the room.

Cons:

• Breakfast wasn't very good. Undercooked omelette, dried up paratha. For some reason, staff wouldn't let guests use the coffee machine and would insist on bringing the coffee themselves, which took them forever.

Good option overall with great location.
Pros:

Convenient location - walking distance from EcoWorld. Courteous staff - Mr Jagadish was very helpful all throughout my stay. Nice breakfast. My room was spacious and functional - no issues.

Nothing I can think of.

very good hotel near to major IT hubs
Pros:

Liked the Proximity to most of the office campus , hospitality, room service and cleanliness. Delicious breakfast buffet served is a big plus. ambiance of common space was cozy too.
