Pros:

large room, balcony is an added value, location is really good and in general all the facilities are super clean and with good finishing. instructions were very clear and access was easy.

Comfortable, clean and very helpful.
Pros:

Location is good. It’s so near to the Roma Trastevere train station. With the number: 170 bus, you can visit many places in Rome.

Ottimo davvero!!
Pros:

Upgrade della stanza. Accoglienza gentile e disponibile. Terrazza splendida sul Tevere per prendere il sole la mattina e bere qualcosa la sera in un palazzo modernissimo e bello con tutte le stanze rivolte sul fiume. Ottima privacy anche sul terrazzo. Suite completa e confortevole con 2 ampie vetrate sulla vista esterna con letto matrimoniale comodo armadio cassaforte e cucina completa + caffè solubile e the, snack per la colazione buoni e sempre diversi. Bagno comodo con doccia ampia. Tutto moderno e pulito. Nonostante fosse più un residence che un hotel, stanza rifatta tutte le mattine. Comoda a stazione Trastevere e fermata bus a 200 MT di là dal fiume. Numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze e non lontano mercato testaccio.

Cons:

Malfunzionante la TV del letto, me ce ne era un altra funzionante nella zona giorno, consiglio di invertire.
Non c'era una vera e propria hall, ma solo un ingresso ma con accoglienza.
Comunque disponibile nel sotterraneo deposito bagagli, poltroncine e bagno con doccia piu prese per ricarica, utilizzabile dopo il check out in attesa di partire

близко вокзал, за евро можно доехать до центра, вообщем место идеальное
Pros:

хорошее место, в каждом номере балкон, нам дали 7 этаж
каждый день уборка, меняли воду, в первый день оставили даже фанту. также каждый день в качестве подарка оставляли печенье или другие итальянские сладости.

Cons:

чуть чуть забит слив в душе, но в целом это не проблема

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the facilities available. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and being able to do our laundry was especially convenient and appreciated during our trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that we wished the property had been slightly closer to the city center, but aside from that, everything met our expectations and we would happily stay here again.

È un posto meraviglioso, il personale jest incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Bellissima vista dal balcone su Roma e sul fiume. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Lo consiglio vivamente sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi
