Swimming pool was dirty with algae floating. Hair dryer was not working as switch was broken, we ordered coffee and sandwiches which cost 1100 rupee but the coffee was not good, on booking site there was description was the room has lake view, but there is no lake around the hotel it's in between city center.

I had a great experience at Four points by Sheraton pune. All my needs were taken care by the restaurant team. I am very particular about m diet. Mr Akash and Janaki went beyond my expectations and arranged everything for me.
The hotel really recommended for everyone. The staffs are so courteous and kind . The buffet options are rich and healthy. The restaurant team members are big assets for the hotel . Both the Akash abd their team members like Dharihseel , milan, Abradeep took care all of our need.
