On m’avait attribué une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite sans que je le demande évidemment.
Elle était située dans le fond de l’hôtel avec des grillages aux fenêtres, c’était très sombre et je n’ai pas aimé

Our first time back since Covid/renovation, the sensibility is the same with some updates. Wonderful as always!
The shower water kept on fluctuating from scalding hot to cold and impossible to control. The floor in the shower is extremely slippery when wet therefore dangerous when you try to dodge the scalding hot water!
The wedding party went on til midnight on the floor right below us so needless to say the music didn’t stop ‘til then.

The water temperature was not stable. It got really hot and very cold frequently without moving the faucet. I was really bothered by this while washing my face and taking the shower. The staffs were very nice, they helped us change to a different room to see if the water temperature is stable in this room. However, the water temperature issue seems to be a whole building issue. When I asked the staff, I was surprised that I was the only one complaining about this. If you have a sensitive skin, I would not recommend this place for you.

Il y avait un mariage le soir de notre 2e nuit et le son de la musique était infernal. Dans notre chambre nous entendions toutes les pièces musicales comme si nous étions dans la salle de réception. Nous pourrions donner la « playlist » de la réception, paroles et musique! Sans parler des cris des invités… Aucune insonorisation, rien pour « amortir » le son. Dommage, cela fait baisser notre note car tout le reste était à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Chambre bien aménagée avec une belle vue. Très facile d’accès tant en auto que par les transports en commun (métro et bus). Beaucoup de restos à proximité. Quartier animé, propre et sécuritaire.

Well thought out space with a very comfortable bed. Location was good with train station directly underneath the hotel and food/drink options all within close proximity. Hotel felt quiet and safe as I saw other guests in the lift but rarely on my floor or from inside my room.
The breakfast wasn’t great, I ended up skipping it for the rest of my stay. Not a lot of variety and no coffee available from machine.
