Lovely hotel, great staff
Pros:

Really helpful friendly staff. Great little beach bar. Allocated loungers and parasol. The room was nice but fairly basic but with a great sea view and terrace. . Easy 2 mins walk into the main area.

Cons:

The sea drops fairly steeply so getting in and out was at times tricky. The pebbles and small stones not helping with that.

My suggestion would be the platform in the rock could have some steps or ladders to make getting in and out easier.

Spotorno ci regala sempre belle sensazioni, l'albergo un po' meno.
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione strategica e bella (fronte mare) dell'albergo. I servizi sulla spiaggia piccolina, ma bella. L'aria condizionata che nelle nostre camere andava molto bene (non altrove però).

Cons:

L'albergo ha davvero tanto potenziale per essere una bomboniera a Spotorno, ma purtroppo è lasciato andare totalmente. L'elenco è lungo delle cose non piaciute. Le camere datate, come tutto l'albergo. Letti scomodi. Porta finestra che rimaneva aperta dall'esterno (meno male che c'erano le tapparelle). Muro sporco e soffitto scrostato dal tempo. Tende sporche. Aria condizionata che funzionava, ma gocciolava a terra da dei buchi nel soffitto. Bagni molto piccoli e sanitari vecchi. Getto doccia appena sufficiente per fare una doccia (avevamo 2 camere e in uno andava con pochissima pressione, mentre nell'altro l'acqua continuava a scendere nel wc). Nessuno di questi difetti è stato riparato nel nostro breve soggiorno di 3 notti. Fintanto che non verrà fatta una ristrutturazione completa, dubitiamo di riandare in questo albergo, malgrado la posizione sia molto bella e il personale gentilissimo. Le camere singole e le camere di lato, non godono di vista mare, ma vista sulla strada molto rumorosa e sul passeggio, ma questa posizione viene indicata alla prenotazione. Meno male che siamo riusciti ad avere un cambio camera, per la singola, pagando il supplemento, perché non pensavamo fosse così grave la situazione insonorizzazione e la grande tristezza della camera singola che trasmetteva. Un'altra cosa assolutamente da migliorare: porte che sbattono senza controllo (eravamo al piano terra vicino alla reception). Porta tagliafuoco fastidiosissima ogni volta che veniva aperta e chiusa. Pulizie dei piani che iniziava troppo presto, al mattino, prima delle 8. Il nostro risposo è stato totalmente compromesso.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Hotel Tirreno bietet eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die stets für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt sorgen. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war es der perfekte Urlaub, auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Aria condizionata troppo bassa nei locali comuni, personale ristorante e colazione scortese a partire dal dare dei "tu", vino non servito al tavolo per calice, primo con 4 vongole a 25 euro, richiamati anche per ricordarsi piatto per guscio, modifica lettino spiaggia non avvisata e dato a terzi, colazione con solo pomodori per verdura

A parte l’ottima posizione, la spiaggia privata e il buon ristorante in loco con piatti freschi e di qualità, ciò che vale il punteggio massimo di questo 4 stelle è la cortesia e la gentilezza di tutto il personale, dalla reception al ristorante, dalle signore ai piani ai bagnini in spiaggia. Tutti preparati, gentili ed attenti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti quando possibile.
Il fattore umano è ciò che fa la grande differenza in un hotel di questo calibro.

Cons:

Le stanze al piano terra le cui finestre si affacciano sul passeggio dovrebbero essere chiaramente indicate come tali.

Pros:

Access to the beach, breakfast at the beach, a few minutes away by foot from the center. We had dinner a few times at the restaurant and it was really good. Staff is absolutely amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room is quite old and requires maintenance, which I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Also, it has no storage space. Mattresses are quite stiff, not very comfortable.

Pros:

Essen und Unterkunft und Personal war Top !
Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben.
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Problem mit einem Nachbar-Gast die aber auch vom Hotel gelöst wurden.

Hoteleigener Strand war sauber und da Vorsaison schön leer. Personal super nett und hilfreich.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war noch nicht aktiviert - dafür wurde uns eine transportable Klimaanlage ins Zimmer gestellt, das war pragmatisch :-)
