Pros:

Excellent service on arrival the man was so helpful and friendly. Lauren was also amazing attended to an issue and resolved it straight away. COCO is in a great location walking distance to shops bars restaurants and the beach. I will be back, highly recommend.

Great stay
Pros:

The accommodation was very affordable considering the location and how nice the apartment was - bonus for the discount vouchers we received when we checked in

A little stay in Mooloolaba. Park the car and walk everywhere!
Pros:

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Pool area was great and the balcony was generously sized.

Cons:

Paid extra for ocean view, did not get one!

Great short stay location!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the staff and very hospitable and its locality to the main esplanade & supermarkets. It had a beautiful outdoor barbecue area with seating and a great pool area. Having the sauna facility was also a huge plus. The shower pressure was phenomenal! Being able to securely park our vehicle was fabulous along with being able to come and go as we please.

Cons:

We would have loved a more comfortable bed. The pillows were too soft requiring multiple for support. The mattress was hard to sleep on so I ended up sleeping on the couch. The air conditioning unit was heavily built up with dust and for someone who suffers hay fever, I wasn’t able to sleep in the room. We also had to use an empty apartment to dry our clothes because our’s was broken (door was cracked). I am super appreciative that they were able to assist with this.
