Pros:

La chambre avec vue sur mer et l'hôtel d'un style appréciable et bien situé.
La vieille-ville à 2 pas.

Cons:

Personnel peu réactif sur le renouvellement du petit-déjeuner et peu souriant (obligé de constamment rappeler au personnel que les produits sont épuisés) , nous avons également constaté un manque récurrent de certains types de fruits du quotidien.
Des spécialités locales auraient également été appréciables.

If you forget something, you will be able to back to the hotel quickly. Very convenient.
Pros:

It was very good location. It takes 5minutes from this hotel to San Marco. All staffs are really friendly and kind.

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisis votre demeure au cœur du Menton! Merci infiniment aux tous les gens qui ont occupés de nous! Aux femmes de ménage Natalia..., dans le restaurant à Rachel et à la réception....Pierre et aux filles admirables! Un point de proposition: dans l'hôtel traditionnel me manqué un maître d'hôtel, personnalité qui représente ce lieu. Merci!

Sehr schönes und sympathisches Strandhotel
Pros:

Perfekte Lage nahe am Meer und direkt an der Altstadt, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ein Problembereich mit wenig Abwechslung und teilweise langen Wartezeiten. Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

1/ Manque d’organisation et personnel débordé (trop peu de personnes pour assurer un bon service) : j’ai demandé un lit bébé en écrivant sur Booking (confirmé), en appelant avant mon séjour (confirmé), en arrivant pour laisser mes bagages avant Checkin (confirmé) puis au moment du checkin après 40minutes d’attente (1 personne pour 6 checkin… lit bébé confirmé) : j’arrive dans la chambre et pas de lit bébé ! En redescendant on me dit qu’il n’y a plus personne… Par chance la dernière personne capable de l’installer passe !
2/ J’ai demandé à parler au directeur incompétent qui gère cet hôtel, pas dispo, le renvoie vers celle du Best Western (pas compris… mais pas dispo non plus) >>> directeur et managers de cet hôtel absents et incompétents (pas de process, rien…)
3/ Le pire petit déjeuner que j’ai jamais mangé dans un hôtel : aucun produit frais (œuf brouillés noyés dans le lait) et très peu de choix
4/ Hôtel vieillot de manière général et Clim très ancienne

Pros:

Personale molto accogliente, camere un pò piccole ma tutto sommato accogliente, avrei preferito una toilette un po piu grande.

Cons:

Il posto per i vestiti è limitato per chi la valigia la svuota e appende gli abiti.
A livello di colazione manca il latte senza lattosio e altri prodotti senza lattosio che può essere un problema per chi è intollerante.
