Fijn voor tijdens doorreis
Pros:

Makkelijk bereikbaar, snel inchecken en auto voor de deur. 4 persoonskamer, fijn samen met de kinderen.

Cons:

Veel geluid van de weg aan de voorzijde van het hotel. (Wij sliepen met ramen open ivm hitte).

Il balconcino vista castello

Cons:

La stanza era angusta e totalmente priva di servizi di base quale frigo, condizionatore e anche punti di appoggio. Il terzo letto, a castello, risulta opprimente in quanto posizionato sulla testata del letto matrimoniale. Il secondo giorno la stanza non è stata pulita. Non c'è presenza di personale e il check in e il check out vengono effettuati in autonomia.

Voor doorreis 1 nacht slapen volstaat het. Maar voor 3-4 dagen Fussen zou ik een ander hotel nemen.

Il check-in e il check-out sono avvenuti tramite totem self-service. Era presente una ragazza dello staff che avrebbe potuto assisterci, ma abbiamo avuto l'impressione di ricevere poca attenzione e abbiamo perso più tempo del necessario. Alle nostre richieste ha sempre risposto, ma con un atteggiamento che ci è sembrato piuttosto distaccato e, a tratti, quasi infastidito. Un'accoglienza più cordiale e una maggiore disponibilità avrebbero sicuramente migliorato la nostra esperienza.
