Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed en redelijk uitgebreid voor Franse begrippen,wij komen zeker nog een keer terug in dit hotel.

Cons:

Het bed had iets beter gekund, maar was verder goed te doen.

Perfecte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Het hotel heeft een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Eenvoudig hotel op een handige locatie voor een fietstocht langs de Maas. Goedkoop maar prima ontbijt, prima bed en badkamer.

Vriendelijk personeel en mooie locatie
Pros:

Mooie locatie en bij aankomst bleek dat we een kleine kamer hadden geboekt zonder airco maar het was 35 graden. Zonder moeite kregen we een andere kamer met airco die wat groter was. Hele goede service!

Cons:

De aankomst tijden van de receptie en hoe dit werkten waren voor mij niet helemaal duidelijk

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is top
Pros:

Zeer joviale ontvangst, ruime kamer, klimaatregeling op de kamer, goede bedden, uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, mogelijkheid om de fietsen te stallen op een veilige plek.

Cons:

Online inchecken kon tussen 1200 en 1500hr maar het hotel gaat pas open om 1500hr.

Bon séjour pour la découverte d'une région à découvrir
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée (clim facile d'utilisation et efficace). Petit déjeuner super et à un prix plus que correct (maintenez-le!), alors que la plupart des hôtels pratiquent maintenant des prix prohibitifs, non justifiés.
Situation idéale pour visiter à pied Charleville et Mézières, à quasi égale distance (8/10 mn)

Cons:

Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, avec un escalier pas très facile. si difficultés, il faut réserver une des quelques cambres du rez-de-chaussée.
Autour de l'hôtel, stationnement payant et la ville ne recule pas à taxer ces insupportables automobilistes avec des tarifs douloureux.

Chambre grande, calme et bien isolée phonétiquement
Personnel présent et sympathique

Cons:

Literie vétuste (matelas enfoncés et non entretenues, couette avec trou de cigarette etc) et plusieurs cheveux dans les draps propres .

Tentative d’arnaque (demande de payer un supplément par chambre et par nuit) la veille de notre arrivée alors que nous avions déjà réglé via booking.

Kamer 3 hoog met schuine wand met balken waardoor het bed nauwelijks bereikbaar was. Alleen 2 dakramen dus geen uitzicht.

Ein schönes, älteres Hotel. Gute Lage, nettes Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten sind aber sehr gut, es ist sauber und die Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben hier mit einer Familie mit 2 Kindern übernachtet, ich kann es empfehlen.

Hôtel correct en centre ville pour une nuit
Pros:

petit déjeuner vraiment très bon pour le prix, chambre donnant sur la rue et donc bruyante si on ouvre. Le ventilateur est bruyant mais l' hôtel ne l' est pas. Problème pour se garer dans la rue car peu de place.
