Die Lage war super..der Bahnhof war grad gegenüber und Tramhaltestelle.

Unser Aufenthalt ist ziemlich unglücklich verlaufen. Warnung: Bitte nicht vorab online einchecken. Das ist eine Falle und wurde uns zum Verhängnis. Wir haben vorab eingecheckt online und uns wurde 2x das Geld abgezogen, obwohl das System sagte es ist nichts passiert. Als wir ankamen sind wir eingechecjt und ich habe dem Hotelreziptionisten erklärt das ich online eincheken wollte. Er sagte das Geld wird nicht abgebucht wir können jetzt normal zahlen. Was wir taten. Am nächsten Tag kontrollierten wir die Bankauszüge per Internet. Es wurde 3x für das Zimmer abgebucht und wir haben 3fach für unseren Aufenthalt gezahlt. Natürlich haben wir es gleich gemeldet an einen anderen Hotelrezeptionisten. Der sagte er könne uns nicht helfen und muss erst alles abklären. Es war ein langes hin und her... und viel Ärger und Zeit an der Rezeption. Wir haben dann die nächsten zwei 2 Tage noch mit viel Ärger verbracht um unser Geld zurück zu bekommen. Natürlich haben wir es bei der Abreise noch nicht zurück gekriegt. Es hiesse es ginge ca 10. Tage. Letzendlich mit vielen E-Mails danach noch ein hin und her haben wir dann 16 Tage nach unseren Ferien das Geld zurück bekommen. Unsere Reise war in diesem Hotel nur ein REINES ERGÄRNISS... PASST BITTE AUF WAS EUCH ABGEBUCHT WIRD. Und checkt schon gar nicht online ein.

A comfortable stay at Brussels Midi
Pros:

I liked the proximity to the Brussels Midi train station and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff is also child-friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi, not on my phone or on my laptop (this isn't a problem anywhere else). The staff provided some tips but this didn't help.

Spacious accomodation, excellent access to transport.

The location was perfect across the road from the midi train station allowing easy access to transport. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great shower and air-conditioning.
