Lovely hotel. Perfect location if you are traveling using Eurostar, train, or coaches. Right next to the station so very handy.
The area around the train station is very sketchy, but the hotel is just a short walk over a road from the station.
Location & staff
Super nicd room and friendly people
There was still some trash in the room when we checked in. The breakfast is super expensive and you can have full course dinner for that money.
The proximity to the gare
The entrance is a bit dirty
Nice location- easy to get anywhere in Belgium, 10 minutes walk from centre. Clean room, comfortable bed. Workers were kind and understanding.
A lot of drugged and homeless people around location, very uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. In the bathroom it smelled like either smoke or w^ed all the time because people from other rooms used bathroom to smoke apparently. Breakfast absolutely doesn’t worth it.

Here’s a polished review you could post. Sharp, fair, and clear:
Disappointing stay, with guest needs seemingly secondary
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. When I reported an issue, rather than focusing on resolving it, staff seemed more concerned with explaining their own internal problems, such as being short staffed, a colleague being ill, and no technician being available. While I understand operational challenges happen, guests should not feel like they are being given excuses instead of solutions.
Breakfast was particularly disappointing and poor value for money at £25 per person. The selection was very limited and repetitive, with only white bread available, no fresh fruit, and coffee machines that repeatedly filled mugs only halfway. The breakfast staff member was clearly working hard and doing their best, but the overall offering was uninspiring and far below what I would expect.
I was also sent a breakfast offer through [Booking.com](https://www.booking.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com), but it only applied to one of my two rooms. To add breakfast for the second room, I was told I would need to pay separately in cash, which felt unnecessarily awkward and inconsistent.
To add to the frustration, I am still waiting for my invoice one week after departure, despite requesting it.
Overall, the experience felt disorganised, lacking in customer focus, and not reflective of the standards I would expect from [Radisson Blu](https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/brand/radisson-blu?utm_source=chatgpt.com).

The room was big, comfortalble and had everything we needed. The hotel is situated conveniently next to Brussels Midi (Zuid) Train Station, whick meant travelling was easy.
The area around the hotel, from the train station to the hotel, doesn't feel safe. The area is dirty and has a lot of homeless people, but once you get in the hotel it is a lot better.
la propreté, l’accueil et l’emplacement niveau gare était nickel
L’isolation dans les chambres était pénible impossible de dormir, pourtant tout était nickel, la propreté, l’accueil juste énormément de bruits et de cris toute la nuit du côté cour.

L'accueil . Personnel non agréable
