Standard bedrooms allocated are situated within the Mews.
All bedrooms have private facilities. Guests can pre book access to the Spa facilities (subject to availability) daily between 07:00 and 10:00 and between 17:00 and 21:00.
Charges for spa access during session times is £20.00 per person, per session.
Dress code: Smart dress code only, except for breakfast. Gentlemen do not have to wear a tie.
Please note that dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed unless booked prior to arrival.
Breakfast inclusive rates offer a complimentary continental breakfast, with a supplement applied for a cooked English breakfast.
No under 16's are allowed in the spa, including the pools.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Nice but there was no hot water during my stay

I liked all, the gardens, the house was lovely and charming place to seat and relax and order another coffe!...for us was perfect as meeting point with my family coming from Folkestone Eurotunel!...beds clean and lovely and comfortable spacious shower room all nice and brilliant! Definitely will be coming again !
It's summer and it's hot but the fan was enough to keep us cool all night and yes it was silent and slept all night! Wonderful!
Clean good surroundings.
My room was infested with mosquitoes and I didn’t get to sleep until four. Also very hot in the room and no air conditioning

The room we were given had stains on the carpet, the toilet didn’t flush properly and we had no hot water in the morning. We complained and have asked for our money back, they have offered money off another stay but I have not accepted this and asked again for a reinstatement. Since this we haven’t heard anything.

Never been to spa that had 12.5% tip charge so strange and you have to pay for spa on top of hotel strange but nice hotel will return
Landhuis is mooi
Valse voorwendselen door landhuis aan te bieden. Je zit in de arbeidershuisjes nabij. Kleine kamer vol met muggen. Spa tijden zijn 0700/1000 & 1700/2100. Voor de spa en dergelijke moet je bij betalen.
The staff are kind and professional
Everything is likeable, it is a great place.
I only stayed for bed and breakfast, and it served that purpose well. I wouldn't have wanted to be there in adverse weather as you would have to drive from the Mews to the restaurant but as this was good weather the walk between the two was pleasant.
The fact that the outdoor pool wasn't included, or even a dip in the spa pool. The price for a 20 minute swim in either pool did not represent value for money. I appreciate the spa is a premium but when you only want a quick dip there ought to be some sort of allowance.

Lacklustre decor in room
Prachtige locatie, prachtig grbouw, goede faciliteiten (restaurant, spa en gym)
Organisatorisch is het echt een zooitje. Begon al met inchecken, 5 voor 3 kamer nog niet klaar, dame kon geen informatie geven over de spa behandelingen en verwees ons naar de spa. Daar aangekomen, 5 over 3, spa behandelingen bevestigd en kamer was klaar. De klim naar de 2e etage met koffers was een expeditie opzich. Bij diner in Gardenia ging ook alles fout. Na 20 minuten wachten aan de tafel werd aperitif gebracht, nog een 2 minuten later kwam het voorgerecht, zonder de wijn die we hadden besteld. Bij het hoofdgerecht ook weer geen wijn, die kwam ongeveer 10 minuten later. Bij het uitchecken waren er complicaties met de rekening en ook was er een fles prcesecco op de rekening gezet die onze dochters als verrassing op,de kamer hadden besteld.
Het is belangrijk om het personeel van deze luxe resort goed in te werken en te leren dat de gast betaald voor eeen top ervaring en daar hoort de houding en begrip dat de gast koning bij. Ondanks dit een aantal mooie dagen gehad, maar toch lichtelijk teleurgesteld
Having been before I was surprised to see a nice new outside jacuzzi pool but it was closed from 9 when we arrived until about 3. We were told they were chemical testing but surely not all day.
The new menu for breakfast was adequate but for lunch the allowance wasn’t enough to include a drink (spas say) and half the food on tng menu couldn’t be ordered til evening so it was limited at best.
The beds were all full so we had to go to the outdoor swimming pool where there were beds but it was so windy the parasols were blowing over. There were no staff there. The toilets stunk of urine.
Inside the lockers didn’t work with the bracelets and one of the toilets there was broken.
I think for champneys this is a disgrace. The all male staff on reception didn’t seem bothered.
The visit was ok at best and I’ve had better days there
