Pros:

La ubicación, el hotel está emplazado estratégicamente en una zona muy céntrica. El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno.

Cons:

La aislación acústica de las piezas. La primera noche no pudimos dormir bien a causa de un bebé que lloraba en la pieza de al lado. De todos modos pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y lo hicieron.

Cons:

La atención del personal al momento del arribo podría haber sido mejor. El botones infirió que el Lennox no era mi hotel, preguntando si no me había equivocado. No me gusto el piso que no asignaron.

Hotel que cumple, muy buena relación precio-calidad
Pros:

El desayuno completo, la camada cómoda. personal muy atento. La zona donde se ubica el hotel de noche no parece muy segura, aunque no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Desayuno variado.
Excelente atención del personal. Buen aseo a las habitaciones.
El hecho que tuviera cocina, minibar, hervidor se valora bastante.
La cama muy cómoda y limpia, con aroma a limpio.

Cons:

Aunque no depende del hotel, los alrededores se encuentran con mal aroma y no muy iluminados. Quizás instalar luminaria hacia la calle para generar una tranquilidad al momento de salir de noche y tomar taxi.
