Le fait qu'a notre arrivée personne n'a osé nous dire malgré la forte température que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre.

Standing habituel d'un Best Western.
Qualité du restaurant.
Service attentionné.
L'emplacement est idyllique.

Cons:

Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Il est nécessaire d'utiliser la climatisation pour renouveler l'air.
Les rideaux n'occultent pas parfaitement la lumière.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is simply perfect. We had a gorgeous room over looking the castle and the weir. The staff could not have been nicer. Our dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Clisson is stunning and this hotel show cases the best of Clisson.

Beautiful Stay
Pros:

La situation de l'hotel en général est magnifique, la proximité de la riviere rend la terrasse un vrai plaisir. les chambres sont très agréables. Les équipes sont à l'écoute et très aidantes tout au long du séjour.

Cons:

Pendant mon sejour la CLimatisation etait en travaux dans certaines chambres avec une temperature extérieure de plus de 30° la journée mais ce fut vivable et l'accueil a été très accompagnant à ce propos.
Je ne comprends pas cette nouvelle mode des douches à l'italienne sans aucun rideau ou aucune cloison pour eviter que toute la salle de bain ne soit trempée....

A nice place to stay for a visit or as a base for the area.
Pros:

It has a lovely location on the river. The room was functional and comfortable. Parking is available with booking, but a bit confusing to find if you arrive from the wrong direction.
Our two tapas style starters were excellent.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was obviously recently decorated and had a very strong smell of paint worsened by the high heat of 33 degrees, that day. It improved by leaving the window open and wasn’t noticeable later in the evening.
