Pros:

素晴らしいロケーションです。
エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフの方が荷物を持って上がってくれるので困ることはありませんでした。
部屋にはテレビ(動画配信サイトには未対応)、ドライヤー、ケトル、アイロン、アイロン台があります。
バスルームも綺麗で、大きな浴槽もあります、シャワーは水圧・温度ともに調整可能で快適です。
ベッドも大きく部屋全体が清潔です
棚も多く荷物が多くても困りませんでした。
部屋は夏でも涼しく夜は布団が暖かいので何一つ不満がありませんでした。庭の散策も気分が良いです。
食事は何を食べても美味しかったです。重すぎずヘルシーさを感じます。

Cons:

スマホの電波が入りづらいです。ホテルというより街全体が郊外なので仕方ない部分です。ホテルのWifiも不安定ですが、レストランや庭などでは問題なく使えたので部屋以外でゆっくりするのも良いと思います。

Superb stay. So welcoming
Pros:

The friendly reception staff. So helpful and informative. Made guests feel very welcome.
Our room was a good size 116 with a lovely view overlooking the garden.
The public rooms. Wow. They were stunning. Lots of Beatrix Potter history. Beautiful decor all over with a wonderful bar. We sat outside in the huge garden with our cocktails

Like a home stay
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very friendly.
The bar has board games to use.
The mattresses were very comfortable.
It had a homely feel to it.

Cons:

It’s just so old fashioned, there’s no need to have full sets of drawers in rooms anymore - who would use them? No sockets next to the bed. No AC, it’s so hot in the eves of the house. Have to ask for fans. Lighting is poor in the rooms.
We were told it’s a 10mins walk to the main harbour. It’s more like 30mins.
Breakfast so so. Very limited items to choose from - have to ask for toast/drinks. It could be a lot more streamlined for sure.

Cons:

ハーフボードでした。美味しかったですが、レストランの男性従業員が好感の持てない態度でした。
レストランで、中国人の客が欧米人客に注意されるくらい騒がしかった。
お部屋に冷蔵庫があれば良かった。
夜の11時前まで隣の部屋からテレビの音が大音量で漏れて、その音がハウリングがかった雑音で不快だった。
ボーネスピアまで歩いて徒歩15分程かかる。荷物を持っての移動は大変だった。

Cons:

Lack of staff. They advertise bar food and couldn’t provide it. No restaurants nearby. We were stranded in hotel without food. Couldn’t even make a sandwich!! Housekeeping didn’t freshen room up. Bath plug not working and when we asked for help they just released it and didn’t fix the problem.
Aaron the manager wasn’t sympathetic and only said sorry but wasn’t interested in giving a refund and actually added gratuity to bill. So our experience wasn’t good. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends.
