Fint boende nära mysig gågata och restauranger
Pros:

Bra läge nära en mysig gata med flera restauranger. Trevlig personal och stort rymligt rum med fin utsikt. Hade allt vi behövde. Bra ordnat att man kunde använda köksutrustning även om de inte fanns frukostservering så kunde man enkelt fixa sin egen frukost.

Cons:

Inget att klaga på, allt var enligt förväntningarna för vad som stod i boendes beskrivning när vi bokade.

No air conditioner or any fan during the most hot days.
The cows living across the street start their day at 6 am. The noise from their neck bells wake you up from sleep.

Garmisch è sempre affascinante, come natura e come città. Sicuramente è una meta consigliata.
Pros:

Personale disponibile. Stanza e bagno molto spaziosi. Vista stupenda.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato la troppa rigidità. Pochi minuti dopo aver completato la prenotazione, mi sono resa conto che la colazione non era inclusa. Ho immediatamente chiesto di poter disdire senza pagare la penale dell’80% e mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Mi sono rassegnata ad una soluzione insoddisfacente per non perdere 560 euro.
Ancora peggio aver scoperto che ad essere penalizzati sono solo gli ospiti che soggiornano fino al 30 giugno.
Dovrebbe essere dedicata maggiore attenzione a particolari facilmente migliorabili: la doccia aveva depositi neri sul bordo del piatto e sul soffione; il frigo non raffreddava, neppure dopo l’intervento del receptionist; le sedie dello spazio esterno erano sfondate.
I parcheggi privati, esterno ed al coperto, erano a pagamento. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a trovare posto in strada.

Straße laut Kühe gehen um 6 Uhr mit Gebimmel zum Brunnen und trinken. Viel Verkehr

צוות אדיב, מיקום , החדר נקי .

Cons:

אין מזגן (ידוע) אבל היינו בגל חום ולא סיפקו אפילו מאווררים. מה שאומר שלא ניתן להיות בחדר , רק מאוחר בערב וגם אז החדר חם.
החדרים שנמצאים על הרחוב רועשים. אנשים מדברים בקול רם ממש מתחת לחלון.
כמו כן אין ארוחת בוקר.
