Pros:

The owners of the hotel were wonderful went above and beyond. The breakfast was fabulous. They held onto our luggage as we did an overnight on the islands and we had a late bus out the next day and we were able to rent a room for a few hours to relax and shower and be ready for the night bus. Showers were hot as well

Posizione ottima vicino il centro. Staff super gentile e disponibile e colazione ottima, abbondante e fatta in casa.

Super nette Gastgeber, haben für ins eine tolle Tour organisiert und Bustickets ebenso, dabei super herzlich. Und wahnsinnig gutes Frühstück mit Ausblick auf den See. Haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen!

Family run hotel with very friendly and exceptionally helpful owners. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Antonio and Livia were always eager to help us with information and were patient with all our questions. We booked an excellent one day trip to the Uros Islands and Taquile through them. They also gave us local information so we were able to visit Sillustani and Yavari independently on the public colectivos.

The shower was properly hot and we were able to control the temperature (but you do need to run the hot water tap in the basin for a long time first)

Small wall heater.

Location 5 minutes from Plaza del Armas (a steep walk up)

Buena ubicación, muy próximo a la plaza de armas. Estaba limpio.

Cons:

Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría porque no había agua caliente y además sin ningún tipo de presión. El desayuno era muy pobre.
Ofrecen servicio de lavandería a un coste muy elevado en comparación con otros sitios (12 soles por kg, que encima te lo pesan ellos). Lo dejan bien eso sí.
Ofrecen servicio de traslado desde la estación por 35 soles cuando en taxi nos costó 10. Se intentan aprovechar del turista. No volvería.

Pros:

Tradicional hotel and so comfortable! The owners were so nice and helpful! Best thing is that we travelled by night bus from cusco and arrived really early around 5.30am and they let us do an early check-in paying a very reasonable price. Breakfast was prepared with fresh fruit and free-range eggs, with a nice view to the tititaca lake. I highly recommend it to everyone staying in Puno!

Les hôtes sont vraiment très sympas, donnent de bons conseils... Un grand point positif sur l'accueil..

Les chambres sont très correctes et fonctionnelles, elles présentent un excellent rapport qualité prix...

L'hôtel est à 200 m du centre ce qui est parfait pour ses aller et retour journalier

Pros:

Great hosts, Antonio and his wife were so welcoming, the breakfast was great, fruits, eggs, different kind of bread and juices with a great view to the lake ! Great conversation! I can’t recommend them enough!great location and quiet too
