Pros:

Nie wieder!!! Katastrophe! Es werden Ausreden erfunden.

Schrecklich, Pool geschlossen, Zimmer klein und abgewohnt, Duschen schimmelig, Balkon ohne Aussicht, extrem hellhoerige Zimmer

Cons:

Jedes Geraeusch der Nachbarn sowie des darunter gelegenen Fitnessstudios war zu hören.
Ohne Pool ist das Hotel nicht für einen Urlaub bei 38 Grad Aussentemperatur und vollen Straenden geeignet.

Bei Ankunft informierte man uns über den geschlossenen Pool, da Gaeste den Pool akut verschmutzt hätten. Als Grund, dass wir nicht informiert wurden, nannte man den Notfall für die Gesundheit der Gaeste und daher das sofortige Schliessen des Pools. Allerdings war am Pool ein Aushang vom Tag zuvor, dass dieser um 5 Uhr am nächsten Tag, also unserem Anreisetag geschlossen sei.l, sodass es eine geplante Reinigung war.
Wir hatten aber erst spät am Tag zuvor gebucht, sodass die Poolschliessung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bereits bekannt war und man uns diese hätte mitteilen müssen. Bei Poolschliessung hätte ich keine Buchung dieses Hotels vorgenommen.
Das Angebot am nächsten Tag den Pool länger auch nach 10 Uhr (check-out time!!) zu nutzen, war nicht möglich, da wir früh auschecken mussten, um unsere nächste Buchung in Sarajevo zu erreichen.

Der Balkon , eine gefliesste Ecke, war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, aber unsere einzige Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, da die Pool area geschlossen war.

Cons:

Check Out zamanı olarak sabah 10:00 belirlenmiş. Bu saat çok erken. Tüm dünya genelinde olduğu gibi saat 12:00 olmalıdır.

Fantastic value for money in a great location
Pros:

Really clean and modern, great location and the staff were lovely

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like, but I was surprised the gym had no cardio machines given the temperature outside

Mixed level of service - haven’t been informed about the gym hours, have been told to come in the morning and ask to open the gym for me. In the morning have been told I won’t get access before opening (which is fine) but also can’t use the gym after the check out despite it’s been empty. Check out at 10 am is too early. Poor sound isolation. Very uncomfortable pillows. Finally got confronted by the receptionist lady about my review when came to pick up my suitcase.

מלון נהדר. המחיר מעט יקר אבל בהתחשב בחודש אוגוסט, נראה מחיר סביר. המיקום של המלון נהדר, על הכביש הראשי החוצה את בודווה ובמרחק 5 דקות הליכה משפת הים. למי שמחפש קירבה לעיר העתיקה, המלון מעט רחוק מידי ודורש נסיעה במונית או הליכה של 25-30 דקות. יש חניה במלון והארוחת הבוקר מעולה. הצוות נהדר ומסביר פנים.

Cons:

היו חסרות מגבות בבריכה ואפשרות לקחת מגבות מהמלון לחוף הים.
