Important information:

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.


We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below.
During this period, noise and vibration may occur depending on the time of day.

Pros:

Is a great hotel with a very thoughtful staff. In particular Anne was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bathtub in my room was flooding the bathroom when drained to quickly.

Très bien et proche de Shinjuku en metro.
Pros:

La propreté, la proximité avec les kombinis, le calme, l’équipement du logement

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre.
15 min de Shinjuku en métro c’est super, pour le reste c’est un peu loin quand on veut profiter de la ville la nuit.

C’était cool
Pros:

Le personnel très adorable et serviable.

Cons:

La douche dans notre chambre, elle étais petite et pas très propre.

Perfecte uitval locatie en voldoende alle daagse voorziening dichtbij
Pros:

Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Ruim voldoende restaurants en supermarkten in de omgeving.

De directe omgeving zelf heeft niet veel te bieden aan bezienswaardigheden maar doordat je vlakbij het OV zit maakt dat ook niet uit.

Cons:

Alles in de kamer was goed in orde maar de apparatuur is toe aan vervanging. Alles werkte maar is wel wat gedateerd. Het hotel zou een opfris beurt kunnen gebruiken. Maar zoals gezegd nergens problemen mee gehad.

Staff fairly friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom had mould and hair, and I had to buy cleaning products.
There was a terrible smell in the corridors and it just looked run down, not enough staff, rooms were not cleaned. Never staying in this hotel ever again.
Very disappointed 😞

Pros:

Afternoon tea/coffee and afternoon drinks were great

Cons:

No house keeping
I have never stayed in a hotel and only get change of towels
No bathroom cleaning.
Had to ask for toilet paper, we stayed 5 nights
The room was very noisy as we were on the same level as reception would not recommend that level.
The air con kept cutting in and out very noisy at night.

Definitely will come again
Pros:

Great hotel, will come again and have been before. Nowadays there is even some English speaking staff, which is great. We could borrow a pressing iron easily and we could leave one of our bags until we come back in about 2 weeks. That really helps a lot.
We always come back to this hotel because of washing machine, the great location and nice interior.

Cons:

This time there were quite a few hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. But the rest was very clean. Sleeping with windows open is impossible when the room goes out to the street side. The bed sheet was quite thick for the warm May weather and temperature, woke up sweating a lot.
