This is an excellent place to stay in Tokyo that has outstanding service and is located in a more quiet area of the city
Pros:

All of the staff were very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Really like the location of facility, which is very quiet, but still close enough to all of the activities in Shibuya area.

Cons:

I wish the unit had a separate room for the bunk beds which would then provide additional living space.

Comfortable and efficient
Pros:

Clean comfortable large room. CNN channel. Quiet pocket of crazy Dogenzaka.

Cons:

An intermittent knocking noise from the roof to level 10. Sounded like some mechanical plant noise.
Wasn’t all the time and I wasn’t too loud but noticeable at night.

Pros:

Location was fantastic, with great food and drink options near us, and two different train lines 5 minutes and 10 minutes away respectively. Rooms were incredibly comfy and a lot of space considering the price, and staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating!

Clean & Modern
Pros:

The room we had was very clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely linen. Like many hotel rooms in Japan it was super small compared to what we are use to. There was barely room on the floor for our two large suitcases. Bathroom was small but very clean and modern. Amazing shower. The staff at the front desk were nice - not overly friendly. We needed some assistance with booking a taxi etc. and I was surprised at their minimal English. The coffee at the cafe in the lobby was a lovely touch, but only served cold coffee. The 7/11 and a supermarket were within metres away which was super helpful. It is quite a walk to the scramble. A good 10-15 minute walk. I would not do it with a suitcase if you were heading to Shibuya Station. We would stay again, but would book a bigger room.
