Great accommodation in a great location
Pros:

This is a great hotel catering for travellers and tourists. They don't provide meals but they have cooking facilities in the room. They also have a washing / drying machine in each room which was very convenient. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Budget friendly last minute hotel
Pros:

Loved that there was laundry. The location of this one is better than the other Tokyu Stay Shibuya on the other side of the station. Lots of cute shops, cafes, and restaurants close with a cool, more chill vibe.

Cons:

The rooms were fine for one person, but you’re super on top of each other with two. For a hotel that caters to primarily English speaking tourists the staff at the front desk spoke surprisingly limited English. I tried to ask about luggage forwarding and they could not help answer my questions even with Google translate.

Pros:

Ce qui était vraiment top c’était le fait s avoir sa machine à laver et sèche linge dans la chambre.
La chambre est de bonne taille, salle de bain idem

Cons:

C’est très proche de l autoroute donc impossible de profiter sereinement du balcon ni de dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
Et l’hôtel est assez loin de tout

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

No hay servicios de hotel, solo si pides cambiar de toallas lo hacen, debes dejarlas fuera de tu habitación y ellos las dejan igualmente fuera de la habitación. Esto quiere decir que ninguna camarera entra a tu habitación a nada.

En general la experiencia fue buena.
Pros:

Estuvo bien. Lo que más me gustó es que tuviera lavasecarropas en el cuarto, eso es maravilloso.

Cons:

Que no limpien el cuarto y no hagan las camas todos los días. Supongo que esta es una costumbre oriental porque nos pasó en otros hoteles también, a menos que lo pidas.

Deeply distressing stay- would not recommend nor return

The location is decent.

Cons:

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. We spent the entire night waking up and itching and unable to fall back asleep due to what we strongly suspect were bed bugs. What disturbed us even more than the infestation itself was the front desk staff’s reaction when we raised it- there was no surprise and no urgency, only a curt apology. That tells you everything.

The room was also small for the price point, but honestly, that feels like a minor complaint in comparison. When basic hygiene and guest safety are compromised at this level, nothing else matters.

The part that worries me most: we now risk carrying these pests home.

I also find it curious that no other reviews mention this. Either we were extraordinarily unlucky, or there is some active management of what gets published. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

Would not return. Would not recommend. Please inspect your luggage thoroughly if you’ve stayed here recently
