Great location, spacious room and lovely staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The room was surprisingly spacious, which was a big bonus, especially after travelling around Japan. The free coffee each day was also a lovely touch!

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and only around a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Station. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

Overall, a really comfortable stay and we would happily stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

Thank you to Ruby & the other employees at Shibuya Stay. She is awesome and helped us tremendously!
Pros:

It was our family's first time traveling to Japan and we had some hiccups along the way. The staff made accommodations for us that exceeded expectations. We are especially grateful to Ruby at the front desk for going out of her way to help us. THANK YOU, Ruby!! We also appreciate all of the hotel staff at the check in counter - everyone was extremely kind and helpful.

Nothing negative to mention, the hotel ticket all the boxes .
Pros:

Location was perfect for visiting Shibuya. Rooms were spacious enough for a night or two . Beds were comfy .

A lovely holiday with family, pleasant value for money hotel and excellent location in Shibuya
Pros:

Great location, clean, very polite & helpful staff, washing machine in the room, Refa equipment, even free umbrellas for rainy days

There was an in-unit washing machine and dryer. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station

Cons:

The air conditioning did not get super cold in the room. We were there in the middle of a heatwave though.

Pros:

It’s a service apartment so kitchenette and washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

A bit shabby. Price was high compared to other places we stayed with better service.
