Pros:

It’s in the part of Shibuya that’s quieter, requires a bit of a walk to Shibuya station, but there is a closer subway station (Shinsen). Lots of quaint local restaurants nearby just a short walk away, supermarket located just across the street. Rooms are clean and there’s a pantry and washing machine in the room for longer stays.

Cons:

Need to request for towel change and housekeeping , which is not automatically done every day, and you have to do it before 11 AM like a request cutoff deadline. Linen change request requires extra payment for stays lesser than 7 days.

Good value stay.
Pros:

Convenient location and it is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Staff were very nice, polite and helpful. There was a washer and dryer machine in the room.

Cons:

Room was a bit small. They charged extra even for changing the bedsheets and asked us to pay right away before the cleaning service. No gym.

Ubicación muy buena

Cons:

No tenía desayuno, no hacen el aseo salvo te quedes más de 7 noches, nos quedamos 6 y tuvimos las mismas sábanas por las 6 noches. El aire acondicionado o te congelas o te da calor. Muy básico.

A relaxing stay, close to Shibuya busyness but on a quiet side street
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and welcoming , making us feel like honoured guests. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette, including a fridge/freezer, microwave and hotplate. They also have a washing machine/ dryer. The hotel was very comfortable
