Posizione strategica, personale molto cordiale, struttura pulita e dotata di ogni comfort sia nelle stanze che nella hall

スタッフの皆様に感謝！
Pros:

今回の宿泊で一番良かったのは、スタッフの皆さんです。小さい子どもを３人連れての旅行でしたが、子どもへもとても温かく対応してくださって有難かったです。
またチェックイン時間より随分早めに着いたので、荷物を預かって頂きました。暑い日のチェックインだったのですが、スタッフの方が熱中症を心配して、飲み物の案内や、ロビーで「涼んでいってください」と優しく声をかけてくださったおかげで、私も子どもたちも体調を崩すことなく、東京観光できました。
また、アメニティがReFaなのと、部屋に洗濯機備え付けられているのも嬉しかったです。

やはり、ウォーターサーバーやコーヒーマシンがあるのは有り難いですね！

東京ドームまで歩いて5分！
Pros:

部屋が静かで綺麗。ドライヤーがいいやつ。部屋にレンジがある。フロントにソファや椅子が多くゆっくり座ってコーヒー等(無料)が飲める。

Cons:

朝食が冷凍で自分でレンチンしてちょっと味気ないかな。仕方ないがイベントあると宿泊料金がお高い。窓開けると壁だった。

Pros:

The rooms were small but very clean. The hotel itself is in quite a nice location; not in the middle of anything very touristy, but not too far away either, and very good access to public transport.
The staff were very friendly!
