Pros:

朝食のナッツ・シリアル類は普段食べているものなので、カップに3種類も入れられるのはありがたかった♡

Cons:

朝食が真空パックだと知らなかった。
意外と時間がないので、QRコードではなく、チェックイン時に説明して欲しかった(｢説明は必要ですか？｣と聞き、必要ない人にはQRコードにするとか)

Definitely stay again!
Pros:

This was a perfect stay, the location was great to visit all the main areas of Tokyo, the rooms where clean and comfortable, the staff where very helpful with any questions we had, definitely recommend this hotel!

キッチンがあったり、お部屋で洗濯できたり我が家のようでした
Pros:

朝食のご飯がお部屋で炊けたり、いろんな種類のスープや魚を選べたり楽しかったし美味しかったし何より気楽でした
お部屋にドラム式洗濯機があり洗濯したものを宅急便で送ったので、後の旅が身軽で良かったです

Great stay, would definitely come back!
Pros:

Clean and easy to get to different places since it really close to the JR lines and the subway.

Cons:

Personal opinion - The only thing I can say is the bed is slightly too hard and the pillow was a little flat for my liking.

Pros:

Buena localización cerca de la estación de Suidobashi que te permite moverte fácilmente por Tokyo. Tiendas de conveniencia cerca y el personal muy amable !

Cons:

Habitación muy estrecha, prácticamente no se puede abrir una maleta grande
El desayuno es congelado y te lo llevas a tu habitación para cocinarlo y comerlo allí. Muy incómodo dado el tamaño de la habitación, aparte de que se tarda un buen rato entre descongelar, cocinar…

Great place with kids and great location, would stay again
Pros:

Good location, close to lots of shops, stations and attractions. Tokyo dome only 5 min walk, Jimbocho similar distance. Good kids activities in foyer!

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small and toilet took ages to prepare for bidet to work!!

Pleasant and good location.
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and facilities were clean. Good location. Self-service complimentary toiletries were readily available in the lobby 24/7, including toothbrushes, shower caps. Refrigerated water bottle available with paid breakfast package.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Not varied, and can become boring specially if stay is long. Most of the food is prepackaged and frozen. Have to take food to your bedroom to cook in microwave. Rice is dispensed in a personal rice cooker to be cooked in room as well. No fresh fruits available.
