Pros:

Accueil au top. Emplacement idéal. Traducteur avec 31 langues disponibles à l'accueil (oral + texte).
Machine à laver présente en chambre (⚠️ pas de lessive fournie)

Cons:

Petit déjeuner désastreux. Uniquement du salé (surgelé), très peu sucrés, uniquement des céréales.
Climatisation non nettoyée ce qui entraîne une odeur de pied à chaque allumage. (Quotidien en cette saison).

観光するのには、ちょうどいいホテル
Pros:

3泊で宿泊して、毎日のタオル交換と一緒にホテルのパジャマも毎回持ってきてくれた。
リファのシャワーヘッドが気持ちよくて、湯船に浸からなくても満足。
水道橋駅からの距離も遠くなく、観光するのにちょうどいい場所だった。

Cons:

部屋に入ったとき、窓枠に前に宿泊した人の使用済み綿棒が放置されていた。明らかに見える場所にあったのに、掃除されていなかったため、清潔感がなく色んな面で気を使わなければいけなかった。
特に幼い子供を連れての宿泊だったので、衛生面は気になった。

ホテルの設備は最高です！
Pros:

東京ドームから徒歩圏内。大通りから少し入っているので、周りはとても静かです。
リファのシャンプー類、シャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがあるのは気分が上がりました。
部屋に電子レンジ、一般的なホテルよりも大きな冷凍冷蔵庫、洗濯機が備え付けであるのはとても便利でよかったです。

Cons:

朝でも夜でも、廊下での話し声がよく聞こえた。

Cons:

預けた荷物を取りに行った際のスタッフの方の態度があまり良くなく（男性用トイレの場所を聞いたのですが、非常にそっけない応答で）この点のみ残念でした。

Pros:

Tutto molto pulito e silenzioso.
Staff disponibile e gentile.
Caffè sempre disponibile in reception.
Vicino alla stazione suidobashi (3min a piedi) e a tanti localini per mangiare.

Cons:

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma era tutto congelato e con poca scelta per chi non mangia salato alla mattina.

新しいタイプのサービス、便利なところもあるけれど改善点もあり
Pros:

駅からのロケーションが近くて便利でした。

Cons:

朝食を自室で調理するというのは良いのですが、1日目に使った食器を自分で洗うかフロントまで持って行かないと2日目の食器がない、というのは改善の余地があるように思います。連泊だと不便です。
