Stressful but because of the hotel
Pros:

The comfort of kindness when the wheels fell off our trip.

Cons:

Our trip was challenged by some difficult circumstances, which the hotel handled beautifully. They were kind and understanding given the stress I was under I truly appreciated that. We are now waiting to hear from booking with regards to a 2 day credit request, which they advised we work through booking.

Odlična izbira za mlade pare, ki želijo odkriti Tokyo.
Pros:

Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno. Ko sva potrebovala pomoč, so naredili več, kot je bilo pričakovano. Lokacija je bila odlična. Zelo sva bila zadovoljna tudi z brezplačnimi pripomočki (npr. britvicami). Najbolj pa sva bila vesela pralnega stroja v sobi.

Cons:

Strop v kopalnici je bil zame (181 cm) malce prenizek, vendar me kljub temu ni preveč motil. V aneksu sem si želel nekoliko večjo ponudbo v avtomatu za pijače, vendar se je že 20 m od hotela nahajalo več kot dovolj izbire. :)

Pros:

Bem localizado, quarto num tamanho bom pras acomodações do Japão e equipado de acordo também. TV SMART, WiFi e amenities.

Cons:

Possui um segundo prédio (anexo) que não fica junto à recepção do hotel.

Good location, close to Shibuya Station & loads of places to eat.
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff, they were rather helpful in granting us early access to our room.

Cons:
