Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

My favourite thing about the room was having a washing machine that we could use whenever we wanted. It was really convenient and made it easy to keep our clothes clean throughout our stay. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated.
As for the location, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the station, which can be a little tiring during summer, but we didn’t mind too much. It’s also very close to Shibuya Crossing, which was really convenient, especially since it was our first time in Tokyo.
There are also plenty of food options along the main strip nearby. As someone who only eats halal, our options were more limited. We did find a halal kebab place 30 second walk away, but there wasn’t much else that suited us nearby. However, if you don’t have any dietary restrictions, there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.
The only downside was that the room could get a little dark at times, but since we were out most of the day, it didn’t really bother us.
We would have appreciated a more thorough room cleaning service, either daily or every other day, rather than just having the rubbish collected and receiving fresh towels. It would also have been nice to have the bed made so we could come back after a long day to a clean and refreshed room.

The bathroom smelled like urine from day 1. I thought it was a stale air thing.
Everything, the location was fab, just 10 mins away from the Shibuya crossing. Lovely to have a washing machine in your bedroom, especially after 2 weeks travelling accross Japan. Very friendly staff at the reception, especially one of the guys stood out from the day we’ve checked in, he was lovely from the start till the day we’ve checked out!! :)
