Good stay, good location
Pros:

Everything was clean and functional. When I got to my first room there was a very strong smell of sweat, I notified the hotel staff and they were quick to offer me another room that didn't have a smell. Very happy with the service.

Cons:

The toilet was almost touching the wall making it very cramped to sit.

Convenient and pleasant
Pros:

Great hotel! Check in was so easy. I love all the amenities. Our room had everything we needed. The location is right next to the fish market, so there’s always something new to try for easy breakfast. Having a washer dryer was essential. And I love that they have a unit in the room. We could set something to wash and dry while we were out for the day. The size of the room is just right. It’s cozy, but there’s enough room to put your luggage in. A little snug, but that’s normal for Japan.

The staff was also amazing. We needed help with forwarding luggage to our next hotel. The front desk clerk was super helpful. She filled out our luggage form for us and set us up so that our luggage would arrive at our hotel room. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan

Great location, recommend this for an affordable- comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel was right next to the fish market - a must visit in Japan! Also, there was a bus stop right outside and the metro was close by feet. The stuff was really helpful & polite.

Cons:

Room service wasn’t provided everyday but, they informed us so it’s ok!

Good for the price and good location
Pros:

The location was great! The fish market just a few feet away which is perfect!!! Close to the train station. I would stay here again! There was a little mix up with our room, they gave us the wrong one. On day 2 they notified is (we didn’t even notice is wasn’t the one we booked) the staff helped move our luggage to our upgraded room and even gave us food vouchers and an option for a later check in. They were very nice and very helpful with questions we had. Good place for the price!

Cons:

The pillows were a little lumpy and not the most comfortable.

DEPRIMENTE, no vayas.

No me gustó NADA DE NADA

Cons:

No tenía ni comedor. Tienes que salir fuera a desayunar si contratas el desayuno, que por cierto, casi mejor.
Contrato muchísimos hoteles por booking pero lo que no me gusta es que en booking nunca sabes qué habitación te vas a encontrar . En este caso, la cadena Tokyu Stay es básica, pero tiene hoteles majos ( ejemplo Kanazawa ) . En este caso, éste DE Tsukiji NO. Las habitaciones son DEPRIMENTES. Pero lo peor, es que en la publicidad, se ven habitaciones que estarán en otros Tokyu Stay, pero NO EN ESTE. Y lo digo porque cogí la mejor habitación del hotel. Y NADA PARECIDO A LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS. Vamos, que no vayáis. En cuanto a la limpieza, no limpian la habitación. Te limpian la habitación cada 7 días. Solo entran a cambiar toallas y vaciar la papelera y lo tienes q solicitar.
Cada cual viaja de la manera que quiere, por supuesto. Pero en este caso no apetecía ir al hotel a descansar. Hasta el edredón era malo y mira que he estado 3 semanas en Japón en casas, hoteles caros, hoteles baratos, Tokyu stay s .. y este no. NO.
