アメニティなど「日本製」にこれからも変わらずこだわってほしいです
Pros:

22:00頃の遅い到着でしたが、チェックインの際にホテル都合でお部屋のアップグレードして下さいました。対応して下さった女性の方の対応がとても親切でした。
また、翌日朝早くに築地市場に向けて出掛ける際も同じ女性の対応でしたがこちらが訪ねた以上の丁寧かつ詳細な案内をして下さってまた次回もこのホテルに泊まることを決めました。機会対応のホテルも増えてきた中、人のあたたかさを感じられる対応の女性でした。珈琲無料＆シャンプーなどが日本製というところが嬉しかったです。

Spacious, comfortable room with great beds and washer-dryer, but limited breakfast options and no view
Pros:

For Japan, we had a relatively spacious room, although they only seem to have one room of this size on each floor. The apartment-style facilities were very basic, but we didn’t really use them anyway. The beds were comfortable, and there was quite a lot of storage space. The washer-dryer was very good — modern and high quality.

Cons:

They don’t serve breakfast themselves; instead, they provide vouchers for nearby restaurants. It’s not very convenient, and the voucher value is quite low, so the choice is limited. There was also no view.

Posizione, camera abbastanza spaziosa

Cons:

Non c’era servizio di pulizia giornaliera, staff non molto collaborativo quando c’è stata qualche esigenza. Non sono riusciti a trovare un taxi per 4 persone per l’aeroporto. Ne proponevano 2 ! Alla fine abbiamo preso un van con uber
