We really enjoyed our stay- thank you!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful- very helpful when we had an issue with an air conditioner in one of the two rooms. The coffee in the lobby was terrific. We were 2 blocks from the entrance to the JR/subway and close to some great restaurants. We had no issue with sound from the nearby expressway (I didn't even notice it!).
We appreciated having the in-room washer/dryer and laundry detergent along with English language instructions.

Pros:

Exactly what you need from a Tokyo hotel. The location in Nihonbashi is very convenient — well connected and central. The room is on the smaller side, but that's Tokyo, and you know what you're signing up for. What saved us was the balcony, which effectively became extra storage space for our luggage — a lifesaver when travelling with a lot of suitcases. Having our own in-room washing machine was also a huge plus for a longer stay. Would stay again.

Secure, friendly staff, nice location, toiletries were supplied, the door locks at night so unwelcome guest can’t come in you must be a member or have a key card to enter

Cons:

Would be nice if staff could make the bed when they do the room cleaning

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est congeler il faut donc retourner dans la chambre pour réchauffer c’est dommage

Pros:

Good and quiet location. 7/11 and family mart nearby, and a short walk from Kanda station. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything was as described.

Pros:

It was close to the train stations, close to certain parts of town we were planning on exploring. Had a scale to weigh our luggage, room was nice and comfortable, and was close to some good restaurants, close to a laundry mat since our room didn’t have a washer and dryer.
