We enjoyed our stay, but would hesitate to use this hotel again because the beds are too low so for older people are dif

Cons:

The beds were too low and the washing machine very complicated to use.the instructions were at the back of the machine so could not read. Beds with a space underneath would be more comfortable

Cons:

Their breakfast offer was a microwave menu that didn’t appeal to us. Area surrounded by restaurants but none open for breakfast. Walked several blocks to McDonald’s. Train station location was a challenge for two seniors!

Es un hotel muy cómodo, en cada habitación hay lavadora/secadora, microondas...gran amabilidad. El entorno es como un pueblo.

Pros:

La chambre est très bien équipée et plutôt spacieuse (assez pour ouvrir deux grandes valises). La machine à laver/sèche linge dans la chambre est un grand plus, pas besoin d'aller à la laverie, et elle est en plus de ça toute neuve et très efficace. Nous avons apprécié le quartier, qui est "calme" mais avec plein de bons restaurants à proximité. La station de métro Monzen-Nakacho est à 2min à pied, nous n'avons jamais fait plus de 30min de métro pour les principales choses à voir à Tokyo. Le personnel est très accueillant et parle bien anglais, ils nous ont notamment bien aidé pour l'envoi de nos valises dans notre prochain hôtel, ce qui était très pratique.

Cons:

Le lit et les draps ne sont pas les plus confortables, pour un long séjour en tout cas.
