- For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the hall side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
- For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.

Pros:

I chose this location because it is close to family who live in the area. It's a little outside the city center, quiet neighborhood, near the Yutenji subway station which has a great grocery store and is convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. Pretty sure I could see Tokyo Tower from my room! Room was fine- clean, no odor. Kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, cooktop, electric kettle, saucepan) and washing machine were very convenient.

Cons:

Pillows are a type I've found a lot in Japan with some stuffing and some hollow plastic beads, which are a little thin and lumpy. I'd prefer a foam pillow. The washer is a space saving apartment style combination washer/ dryer which tend to take a very long time for the dry function-- I'd be fine with a rack to hang clothes to dry.

Quiet treasure ina great neighbourhood
