Trop chaud l'air climatisé ne fonctionne pas, la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas
Hotel Verso was great! The location, on the lake, and the view from our room, was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The additional amenities, such as dinnerware, microwave, etc., if needed, were a bonus. As was the pool. Magog is a great base for exploring the beautiful Eastern Townships and Hotel Verso was a very comfortable place to stay.

Vue incroyable du lac Memphremagog de notre chambre avec balcon. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Lit très comfortable. À distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Le resto Koz , qui fait partie de l'hôtel ,offre une variété de plats avec un excellent service. Stationnement sans frais.
L'insonorisation des chambres est dans la moyenne des chambres d'hôtels...pas fort. Le plancher à l'entrée de la chambre de bain était un peu soulevé, ce qui pourrait représenter un petit danger d'incident. Une petite indication à y faire attention ferait l'affaire. Rien de trop sérieux.
The location was great - right beside the lovely long, paved lakeside path and beaches, making it very walkable— close to rental bikes/kayaks/SUPs, and 10 minutes from downtown. Really liked our balcony looking out to the lake. Quiet at night.
Small things - the bright yellow sofa in our room has some stains, and housekeeping didn’t get to us on the one day we asked for it until 3 pm, when we were back in the room after a few hours out biking.

1.aucun service de restauration (petit bar...café: il faut aller au restaurant KOZ...FERMÉ LE LUNDI!!!- Pas toujours accessible puisqu'il est nécessaire de RÉSERVER...même si c'est uniquement pour prendre un café...
2.AUCUNE sale d'exercice (Tapis roulant...velo stationnaire...)
3. aucune salle de repos+lecture...(IL FAUT DEMEURER DANS LA CHAMBRE)
Mon conjoint et moi avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons également mangé au resto Koz le vendredi fin de journée, le repas était très bon et nous avons obtenu un très bon service de la part d'Amanda G. Nous avons également pris le petit déjeuner samedi et avons beaucoup aimé la nourriture et le service. Nous reviendrons assurément.
