Comfortable stay in a good location.
Pros:

Rooms are fine - probably more than I needed for the price paid. It has everyting you need.

Cons:

The hotel wasn't as luxurios as it appears, but there is nothign wrong with it. It doesn't really have an on-site bar, although there is a place to buy a beer - in any event its well located and there is a nice cafe next door - close to the beach as well (a short walk). Not really the sort of place that you might randomly meet people, although it is visitor friendly.

الفندق جميل جداً ومناسب تماماً للعائلات ويتميز بهدوئه وبعده عن زحمة المدينة والإزعاج وموقعه ممتاز لقربه من البحر ومجمع التيرمينال وتوفر سوبرماركت قريب لقضاء الاحتياجات اليومية، ولكن علماً بأنني قمت بحجز غرفة بسرير بطابقين مطلة على المسبح إلا أنه تم إعطائي آخر غرفة ولم تعجبني كثيراً لوجود غرف أفضل ضمن نفس الفئة، كما أن الإفطار كان سيئاً جداً ولا يرتقي لمستوى الفندق ويحتاج لتطوير، بالإضافة إلى موقف غير مريح من الموظفة (Alta) في الاستقبال التي بدأت بالضحك وترديد كلمة "عرب عرب" مع زميلها مجرد معرفتها بأننا عرب مما أثار استغرابنا لعدم فهمنا لسبب هذا التصرف وهل هو عدم احترام أم لا، ونأمل من الإدارة التنبيه على أهمية التعامل بمهنية مع جميع الضيوف.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, and perfectly suited for families away from city noise, featuring an excellent location close to the beach, Terminal Mall, and a nearby supermarket for daily needs, but although I booked a pool-view room with bunk beds, I was given the very last room which I did not like as there were better rooms in the same category, plus the breakfast was very poor and below standard, and additionally, we experienced an uncomfortable situation with the receptionist (Alta) who started laughing and repeating "Arab, Arab" with her colleague upon learning we are Arab, leaving us wondering if it was a lack of respect, so we hope management ensures professional treatment for all guests.

Trevligt hotell nära Wong Amat Beach stranden. Bra rum, bra frukost fin pool, och trevlig hotell personal.

Cons:

Deras restaurang Pink Salmon Eatery & Bar service var inte direkt tillfredsställande. Vi beställde 2 rätter, den ena kom snabbt, den andra en enkel soppa tog 1 timme. Vi frågade flera gånger efter maten utan resultat bara axelryckningbar.
