Cons:

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Huge issue w the SC. It didn’t work. The room was always at 25 degrees. They told us the AC was working and hotel was full so they couldn’t do anything. The brought fans. Very inconvenient in the middle of August.

Air-con in rooms very good, breakfast great, nice pool and activities like tennis and aqua aerobics.

Cons:

Unable to drink local water and there was no notice advising this until we asked. No drinking water was provided unless it was paid for which we thought was very unusual when the available tap water was not safe to drink! Otherwise enjoyed our stay despite the dreadfully hot weather when we went.

Tutto bellissimo , iper pulito, accogliente. Tranne i prezzi del bar vicino la piscina.

I prezzi del bar: 2€ un caffè al banco, 3€ un pacchetto di patatine San Carlo , 14€ caffè e whisky. Non sono improponibili, sono prezzi che sfiorano il ridicolo. Non si può.

Pros:

Bellissima struttura, personale professionale e cordiale, molto gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Colazione e ristorante al top. L'ambiente è pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio, le piscine (salate) pulitissime, e le doccie esterne con acqua fredda e calda. Fantastico anche l'idromassaggio. Ottimo il servizio del battello che collega la struttura a Portoferraio dove partono i traghetti (siamo andati senza macchina).
