Veramente una bella scoperta. Grande professionalità di tutto lo staff. Tutti disponibili e sempre con il sorriso(cosa non scontata di questi tempi). Se vuoi puoi non muoverti da li. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza in loco. La piscina con l'acqua salata e l'idromassaggio un plus. Ottima e completa la colazione. A pranzo ottima la formula buffet a costi contenuti. Ottimo il ristorante a cena. Credo proprio che il prossimo anno. Un saluto da Siena

Pros:

Väldigt lyxigt hotell. Fantastisk frukost. Bra hotellrum. Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte till med allt möjligt till exempel taxi och bilhyra.

Cons:

"Stranden" var inte mycket till strand. Mest stenar. Lite knepigt med transport om man inte har bil

Bello e molto curato il parco, anche l'area piscina con idromassaggio. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'animazione per bambini.

Cons:

Avevo chiesto con largo anticipo la possibilità di un menù vegano, in modo da poter annullare per tempo la prenotazione in caso non fosse stato possibile. Mi era stato assicurato con entusiasmo che era possibile soddisfare ogni esigenza, ma il ristorante non è assolutamente pronto per questo tipo di richieste, cosa che va bene, ma sarebbe il caso di farlo presente. In ogni caso, anche per il resto il ristorante non ci ha particolarmente soddisfatto per diversi motivi. La camera era carina, ma sicuramente ci sono cose da rinnovare, in particolare nei bagni (almeno nella nostra camera, magari non è così in tutte). Inoltre, per quanto bello sia che ci siano nidi di rondini in ogni balcone, i balconi andrebbero almeno puliti, altrimenti non sono fruibili, soprattutto per stendere il bucato. Abbiamo comunque chiarito le varie questioni e abbiamo apprezzato molto lo sconto finale concesso dalla struttura per le mancanze che abbiamo riscontrato, tuttavia, per la nostra esperienza, la struttura non rispecchia 4 stelle.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit wunderschöner, gepflegten Anlage
Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussenanlage mit grossem Pool ,Strandliegen mit Sicht auf Portoferraio. Zimmer komfortabel mit guten Betten. Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche, grosses Frühstücksbuffet . Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal zum Teil deutsch sprechend.

Cons:

Schade der Strandabschnitt ist nicht geeignet für ins Meer zu gehen ist sehr steinig und uneben.
