Cons:

Sono arrivato il 14/08 e, poiché il parcheggio principale non era disponibile a causa di ospiti extra per la cena (a mio avviso andrebbero tutelati prima i clienti dell'hotel e poi gli ospiti esterni della cena), sono stato indirizzato a parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio di fronte all'hotel. Qui erano presenti numerose formiche che hanno invaso il veicolo, problema che sono riuscito a risolvere solo parzialmente dopo tre giorni.

Il giorno seguente sono uscito con alcune persone per incontri di lavoro, ed è stata una situazione davvero spiacevole. A fronte del disagio ho ricevuto solo delle scuse verbali, e sul conto finale ho persino trovato addebitati 3€ per i teli mare.

In spiaggia mi era stata assegnata l'ultima fila; ho chiesto di essere spostato e mi è stato detto che il giorno 16 si sarebbero liberati altri posti. Tuttavia, per un presunto errore, il cambio non è avvenuto.

Nel complesso ho riscontrato scarsa attenzione verso il cliente.
Tengo a precisare che ho 32 anni, viaggio sempre in hotel di lusso e non amo lamentarmi. 3500€ circa per 5 notti devo avere un servizio impeccabile.

The location by the sea was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront. The staff was kind.

Cons:

A few things were not up to the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, and the room lacked proper blackout curtains. Beach towels were charged at €1 each; it is not about the amount, but I feel this should be included for hotel guests. There were also extra charges for using the tennis courts and water activities such as pedal boats. Breakfast was quite average, with additional charges even for a slice of salmon. Finally, beach loungers were pre-assigned to each room rather than offered on a first-come, first-served basis, which meant we were stuck in the last row for our entire stay.

Devo dire che è stata una esperienza straordinaria: le strutture sono di altissimo levello (spiaggia,piscine,aree di relax,terrazze..) ,ottima la quialità del cibo,con servizio realmente impeccabile. Grande cortesia di tutto il personale.

Un merveilleux séjour
Pros:

La proximité exceptionnelle de la plage et de la piscine. Un réel front de mer, 30 secondes de la chambre à la mer avec une plage de sable sans aucun dépôt indésirable de poséidonies ou de coquillage. Le confort du mobilier de plage de l'hôtel et de la piscine qui propose des espaces ombragés et verts qui procurent une fraîcheur appréciée aux heures chaudes sans nécessiter un repli à l'intérieur.

Es war schlichtweg fantastisch und ich würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Der Strand ist an einem der schönsten Buchten von der Insel. Man hat für die ganze Aufenthaltszeit den fix zugeteilten Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl. Das Essen ist schlichtweg Sensationell und das Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, und auch Sprachgewandt in Deutsch und Englisch.

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was a perfect three-day seaside escape during our 11-day trip around Italy, where we spent most of our time exploring the major cities. Choosing to stay here for a few days was one of the best decisions we made, and we don't regret it at all. The hotel is peaceful, cozy, and welcoming—a place where you can truly relax and unwind.

Disappointing stay. This hotel is more of a 3 star that seemed to cater more to local guests. I would not recommend.
Pros:

Location. Close to the sea.
Pool bar service was good with nice servers.

Cons:

Crowded with public beach right beside it. Language barrier- not many staff could speak English well so communication was difficult at times.
Service level in restaurants was not great. Overall feel was more of a 3 star with 5 star prices. They downgraded our room to a lower sea front room on our second night. Breakfast buffet was crowded and options were very basic.
Did not have a high end feel at all.
Sunbeds at beach were dedicated and they put our family in the back row in a crowded area. When I asked for a closer spot they seemed very annoyed and I got a rude response.
Beachside restaurant for dinner was extremely slow with little apologies.
After 1.5 hours and no main dish we left.
