Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

Excellent location convenient to Ikebukuro station area
room is very clean, having a washer and dryer is a big plus.
The wall socket is difficult to find, but eventually there is no problem.
Clean and excellent customer service and very good free coffee machine. Very very quiet and comfortable. Extremely convenient to Ikebukuro Station west entrance.
The room was a very comfortable size for 1 person and having a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and washing machine all in the room made it so convenient! The bathroom and tub were a good size by Japanese hotel standards. I appreciated having a table instead of a desk in the room. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I was on the 11th floor and didn't get much street noise at all unless I had the window open for fresh air.
The location is very convenient, but there are love hotels and such all over that area so sometimes it was quite rowdy outside at night. I couldn't hear anything from my room, so the only concern was walking to and from the hotel. I never felt unsafe, though.
The amenities in the room and lobby were great! The room had all the comforts of home; and the lobby provided amenities such as coffee and water dispenser machines; and other items in a drawer for guests to use.
The only thing that really bothered us was the lack of space in the room to store our suitcases and clothes, but we somehow managed by storing our suitcases opened under the bed and used them like drawers.
The room was clean the bed comfortable and their was a microwave with silverware and a washer dryer in room. Vending machines in the lobby located in what I perceive to be a nice area.
The only thing I didn't like was the curtains were white and semi see through privacy wasn't the concern the issue was too much ambient light i like to sleep in complete dark but the light from the neighboring building keeps the room somewhat lit at night
