For stays of 6 nights or less, simple cleaning (towel change and garbage collestion only) is availbale upon request.
For stays of 7 nights or more, in addition to simple cleaning, the room is fully cleaned once a week (including bed making and floor cleaning service). Additional room cleaning is avaiable upon request with an additional cost.

Toiletries: Guests can choose their own from a selection of toiletries offered on the 13th floor lobby. Only toothbrushes are provided in the guestroom.

Pros:

Amazing location, the room size is way above average for tokyo hotel rooms.
if you are a smoker, the smoking area is very spacious and clean.

Cons:

the coffee machine at the lobby kept malfunctioning. it was out of service for 2 days.
I was aware of their room cleaning policy but still didn't like it.

Die Aussicht und die Waschmaschine im Zimmer!Early Check In war mit Aufpreis, aber es hat sich gelohnt. So konnten wir früher das Zimmer beziehen und uns vom Flug ausruhen.

Ubicación perfecta, zona con restauración y hotel excepcional.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, y el personal y recepción amables y muy atentos. El servicio de café disponible de manera gratuita es maravilloso, incluso hay palomitas por la tarde. El Louge de viajeros, donde puedes tomar algo e incluso ducharte antes de coger tu vuelo aunque ya hayas hecho chek out es excepcional.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación es antiguo. Una habitación tan fantástica como esa, con buenas vistas y espaciosa no debería tener un baño así de antiguo, con cortina en la bañera, que es lo que menos me puede gustar de un baño. El wc también estaba anticuado.
Este hotel debería tener los baños modernizados.

Location and view were great.
Pros:

The location was great. The view from our room was awesome! I liked the records and player in the lobby.

Cons:

The floors in the room were very dirty and the lobby bathrooms were dirty as well.

Excellent value for money and attentive staff
Pros:

Good location and the ´Reset Lounge’ was a great facility. The lounge offered a free light breakfast in a relaxing environment.

Il est très bien placé dans Tokyo et le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre est beaucoup trop petite et le lobby au 14ème ne fait pas hôtel 3 étoiles.

Pros:

Staffs are nice and friendly. Locations is good and walking distance to Harajuku and train stations. Beds are comfy and water pressure is good. Refa hairdryer and shower head make my hair soft and smooth.
