Relaxed , comfortable stay in quiet location.
Pros:

Great location for our visit, very close to tram stop. Very clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast complete with fizz. Hotel staff were afraid to let us light candle on friend’s cake (we did it outside on the step) but gave us a lovely VIP bag!

Cons:

Very little not to like, there was a small bar but often only the receptionist to man it . However was fresh water and snacks available in foyer
There is no food at hotel ( except breakfast) but plenty nice restaurants a stones throw away
