Pros:

Everything was excellent. Room was clean and bed super comfortable! The staff is super friendly and polite! Plus metro is like 3 minutes away.

Cons:

I'd just recommend to make breakfast preparation a bit easier since all the food is frozen and it has to be defrost. Perhaps just to spare the hassle of translating and figuring out how to defrost the breakfast set something ready to eat. Most of the time we bought breakfast in 7eleven as that was faster option.

Metroya yakin guzel bir tesis etrafinda acil ihtiyaclar icin 7/24 acik bir suru yer var.

Cons:

Haftada 1 kere oda temizligi disinda begenmedigim bir konu yok. Onu da zaten otelden rezervasyon yaparken iletiyorlar.

Pros:

Room was clean and quiet, enabling a good night rest. The washing machine facility is superb. The hotel is near to the Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome station or the tochomae station. The staff were helpful to inform me with a letter when my luggage arrived by JAL services. Overall, wonderful stay in Nishi-Shinjuku.

Pros:

Excellent location just steps from the subway, restaurants, and shops. The lobby is packed with fantastic perks like a coffee maker a water machine, plus plenty of tea, lotions, and other amenities near reception. They also offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast options are frozen food which you cook in your room - an interesting experience.

Cons:

I would prefer the usual breakfast, but it was an interesting experience anyway.

Pros:

Staff couldn't do enough for us, they were kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and hot drinks machine. Location right near Chuo Park was superb. We would recommend!

Cons:

Room was on the smaller side and no room to unpack clothes but that's the same with most
hotel rooms in Japan it seems.

Pros:

This hotel is good value! Our room was on the generous size for Tokyo, and was comfortable for us and our 18 month old. Especially liked the kitchenette and laundry additions, these now feel like an essential travelling with a child, and are hard to find within a reasonable budget. It’s nothing special, but room was clean and bed was comfortable (I like a firm mattress, especially as we had our toddler share the bed, although my husband said it wasn’t the most comfortable). The area around the hotel is clean, relatively quiet, very safe, and plenty of konbini nearby for easy snacks. Would happily recommend and stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little damp smelling, although the exhaust ran permanently. Not too concerning, but also not ideal.
We also found the washer/dryer left a lightly funny smell on our clothes, despite running the cleaning cycle. A bit like dog maybe? Not foul, but not pleasant. I think it was the dryer element, as when I did a wash cycle everything came out smelling clean. However the room is so small and only a few hangers provided, it wasn’t practical to not run the dryer sometimes. Best guess is a previous guest putting something through - this wouldn’t be every room though I’m assuming.

Lastly, while the hotel is super close to a train station, we found the Oedo line didn’t run directly to many of the places we wanted to go and so we were often changing trains in Shinjuku. Not the fault of the hotel itself, but just something to be mindful of if you are only staying in Tokyo for a short time and want to minimise time spent on transit.
