Ottimo Hotel, ideale per un soggiorno più lungo
Pros:

La struttura era moderna, le camere dotate di tutto l’occorrente e super pulite, lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre le camere dispongono di una lava asciuga, il che può essere molto comodo per chi si ferma più giorni. La zona era molto tranquilla.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca è la posizione che purtroppo non è collegata al meglio, la metro più vicina è a 10 minuti ed è la Oedo line le altre sono più distanti, peró con una passeggiata di 25 30 minuti arrivi a Kabukicho

Great location and very clean
Pros:

Centrally located to the train station and quiet neighborhood. Next to food spots and taxi hub!

Cons:

There was no early check-in (No problem). However, my friend had already checked in the night before. So when I arrived the following day, 15 minutes before check-in time, they wouldn’t let me go to her room and store my bag or use the bathroom. Even though I had my own room. I literally had to wait until 3:00, I could not go near the elevator. It made no sense.

Excellent!!!
Pros:

Great location near a subway stop. Quiet room that came with washing machine, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Friendly staff. Highly recommend if on a budget.

Cons:

Bed mattress could have been softer. Nothing else to complain about and the mattress is only a minor complaint.

Ci tornerei.
Pros:

Ho letto molte recensioni contrastanti, quindi ero un po’ preoccupata, ma per fortuna mi sono ricreduta! La nostra camera era una residential, e pur essendo comunque piccolina (ma comunque aprendo una valigia alla volta ce la si faceva tranquillamente), era estremamente pulita, abbastanza silenziosa considerata la zona (forse il motivo era la sua posizione al decimo piano) , e piena di servizi (ad esempio il microonde o la lavatrice, che abbiamo usato e che ha funzionato benissimo). Il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi, e c’era persino una TV dove potevamo vedere netflix. In più nell’hotel erano disponibili gratuitamente diversi prodotti (compresi spazzolini, creme di vario genere, rasoi). Menzione d’onore per l’asciugacapelli che abbiamo trovato, quasi meglio di quello che ho a casa!! Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, un giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata (che ha cominciato a perdere acqua) e non appena abbiamo informato la reception, non solo il problema è stato risolto in meno di mezza giornata, ma ci è stata anche inviata una lettera di scuse da parte del personale. Check in e check out estremamente semplici, al check out ci hanno tenuto i bagagli per una giornata intera.

Cons:

La posizione non era esattamente delle più comode: pure essendo a 15-20 minuti a piedi da shinjuku e da kabukicho, per arrivare nei punti più famosi della città erano necessari cambi di metro, e almeno una trentina/quarantina di minuti. Nonostante ciò, c’erano diversi servizi (7 eleven, family mart, e vari ristoranti). In più i bagni delle camere vanno decisamente ammodernati: la vasca è scomoda e occupa spazio inutile, e dallo scarico usciva un odore non proprio gradevole (anche se leggero), come già fatto presente da altri nelle recensioni, e in più la ventola del bagno fa un suono fastidioso ed è sempre accesa, anche se per fortuna chiudendo la porta del bagno il rumore non si sente più.

Solide Unterkunft, die genau der Beschreibung entsprach.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war für die ersten Tage unseres Aufenthalts vollkommen in Ordnung und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher hatten wir alles, was bei der Buchung angegeben war.

Cons:

Eine richtige Küche wäre für uns persönlich praktisch gewesen, allerdings wussten wir bereits bei der Buchung, dass keine vorhanden ist. Daher gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.

It wasn’t worth the money
Pros:

We stayed here as they have a washing machine and microwave in the room.

Cons:

TV didn’t work properly and we were offered a new room but the new room was smaller than one we stayed so we kept staying the same room with broken tv . At the check in, staff explained about the room cleaning service but it was different from the hotel instructions. Bathroom smelled bad. This hotel doesn’t offer any coffee sachet or drip coffee for us to make fresh in the room but a Coffee machine is down stairs to help yourself which wasn’t very helpful. They only clean rooms every 7days or they will charge 1500yen for each cleaning, considering all of this factors this hotel is not worth the money.
