Pretty good spot.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly with and helpful. Great location for visiting sites. Beakfasts are spectacular. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Configuration of bathroom area. A knee high climb in and out of an enclosed tub. Hand held shower about 3 feet high. A bit challenging to maneuver in and out. Lots if signs to hang towels to save the environment but no towel bars to do so... except in the shower box. Also.you have to log in to wifi often

Pros:

The location was great. easy access to all tourist spots like hagia sophia, blue mosque and bazzar. breakfast was so delicious and well organized. So amny food to chose from. The servers were very hospitable!

Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. They really did go the extra mile and made us feel welcomed and looked after. Nothing was too much.
Fantastic location. Walk away from the blue mosque and grand bazaar.

Levni Hotel and Spa - made amazing by it's staff
Pros:

My wife and I stayed a week in the Levni Hotel and Spa. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, very quiet, clean and with a lift. It is ideally located for walking short distances to the metro, tram, historical sites, cafés and restaurants. The surrounding area is busy and
quiet. We felt safe throughout our stay in Istanbul.

When we arrived at the hotel it was 7am and check in was due at 3pm. The receptionist kindly checked us in early and, as a result, greatly facilitated the start of our break. Also, they stored our un-needed suitcases (which meant we had space in our room). The room was a decent size, with a modern bathroom. It was quiet and it was cleaned thoroughly daily.

Breakfast, continental and cooked, was served in a nice dining room.
The rooftop restaurant had amazing 360⁰ views of the city and Bosphorus.
Although everything about the hotel was excellent, what made it a great place to stay was the quality of the service. These guys are just amazing. In the dining room Azra, Kemal, Halenur and newly-recruited Ozzan were always helpful and lovely. In reception and around the hotel, Ogus, Okan, Emre, Yasmin, Gorckem, Yasin worked their magic. In the café Yesmenin, our Iranian fashion student, served with a lovely smile and great conversation. There are many others whose name I've not managed to record.

Istanbul is an amazing city and turkish people are super friendly but these guys in the hotel made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you very, very much. We will surely come back soon.

Exceptional place
Pros:

The location is superb. The hotel staff is incredible, they are so friendly and helpful especially the lady at the reception and one of the guys were super helpful. They helped us so much with our taxi and getting the luggage down the road to avoid traffic jam. The lady gave us a beautiful souvenir and hugs to say goodbye. They moved our rooms when we had some disturbance with outside noise and accommodated all our requests. It's a shame we couldn't utilise all their facilities this time as they have suana and pool and a gym.. The food in their restaurant and room service was delicious.
We will highly recommend and stay there next time we visit.

Cons:

Just a minor point on the cleaning staff being loud when they start their shifts at 8am.
