Não há recepção 24hs. A orientação para abrir a fechadura eletrônica é deficiente.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho da acomodação e do aquecimento.

Cons:

Dificuldade de acessibilidade com malas pesadas. Terreno irregular e muitas escadas. Idosos terão dificuldade em acessar a acomodação com malas pesadas. Não tem portaria com atendimento 24hs.

En general muy lindo el lugar, las instalaciones tal como en las fotos, pero hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron, en prime

Lo que no me gustó fue que no allá orden con el estacionamiento y el tema de la piscina ( para mi gusto pienso que el agua estaba sucia y fría)

Cons:

El check in 16 hs llegamos y no nos recibía nadie. No nos sabían decir por telefono donde estaba la recepción. El número es de Bs As. Media hora despues nos atendieron. El departamento no estaba bien mantenido y sucio. No se ve como.las.fotos.

Los apartamentos son lindos pero las habitaciones no son habitaciones privadas

Cons:

Las habitaciones que se ofrecen como privadas son el arriendo de una sección de los apartamentos, entonces 0 privacidad, solicite papel higiénico a las 16.00 a las 19.30 recién me avisan que no me van a traer. Ninguna solución

Excelente!
Pros:

Quiero destacar especialmente la calidad de las instalaciones, se encuentran en excelentes condiciones y hacen que la estadía sea muy cómoda y agradable.
También me pareció muy ágil y práctico el sistema de check in mediante cerraduras con código, ya que facilita mucho el ingreso.
Y por último quiero resaltar la amabilidad y atención del personal. Estuvieron siempre muy atentos, acompañándonos y brindándonos asistencia hasta que llegamos al hotel y pudimos ingresar sin inconvenientes a nuestras habitaciones.

Estancia breve y agradable
Pros:

El tamaño del departamento. Justo había una promoción en esta época del año y por ser Genius tuve un upgrade de una habitación doble a un departamento de un dormitorio y un living.
La relación precio calidad me resultó muy buena.
Si bien el departamento no es moderno, me resultó muy cómodo y se condice con las fotos.
He estado anteriormente en Aldea Andina y siempre ha sido muy buena la atención.
