Pros:

The staff lacks professionalism, they are rude and inadequate, they also need to focus on multiple golf cart to take to water park rather then just 1 shuttle bus

Pros:

Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme både på stranden, hoved restauranten.

Cons:

Shuttle til stranden. Badet uten ventilasjon.

Great horel really!! Very recommended
Pros:

I did like almost everything in the hotel stuff and aqua park and pools everything goes amazing especially especially the food it was exceptional and marvelous great varieties and good tasting and also animation team was very good . I really enjoyed my stay

Cons:

Three things I don't like in this :
1-The long waiting duration between the buses from the hotel to beach it have to be almost 15 minutes but actually it exceeds 30 minutes
2- air conditions in all places even the rooms and restaurant is not good
3- the internet connection is not stable and I have to log in almost every 30 min

But all in all everything is went very good

استمتعت حقا بالإقامة الفندق بشكل عام جيد جدا
Pros:

الاكوا بارك تحفة والبحر جميييل وخصوصا للناس اللي بتحب الاسنوركلينج , فريق العمل جميييل ومتعاون وقمة في الذوق, الاكل فوق الجيد مذاقه جيد جدا، الحلويات تحفة , المعجنات جميلة جدا وبصراحة أنا استغربت من التعليقات السلبية اللي كانت موجوده هنا بعد ما قضيت اول يوم.

Cons:

طريقة الانتقال من والى البحر والأكوا بارك (عادية ) تفي بالغرض .. ولكن إذا تم توفير مثل قطار طفطف أو تنظيم مواعيد الاتوبيس ليكون وقت الانتظار اقل هيكون افضل

to Mr. Nashaat at the reception he made everything to make our stay comfortable.also Mr. Sayed restaurant manager and Mr. Mohamed Metwaly food and beverage manager very respectful people as they always asks if we need anything also they made for my daughter a cake and celebration for her birthday at the restaurant and it was wonderful.

Günstig im Mai 2026, aber verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der zum Essen angebotene Wein war eher Durchschnitt.
Zu wenig große Pools, in denen man tatsächlich schwimmen konnte.
Die Animation tat zu wenig, um Beachvolleyball zu ermöglichen. Nachmittags war es oft zu heiß (Ende Mai 2026),aber morgens wäre es öfter gegangen.
