Pros:

The staff is very kind and they are always willing to help and the service was good, aqua park is also very good but it's only 4 hours a day, food is fine

Cons:

Lake of variety of food, they don't have coffee machine at the restaurant they don't change the sheets everyday but every two days

Cons:

Delayed response of the reception staff in everything

The fridge was corrupted, i requested another one, also was corrupted, i requested the third one finally it work

I informed the receptionist 3 times during 18 hrs about blockage of the sink at bathroom and finally they fixed it

The safe inside the room suddenly locked, we can't open it and our phones , wallets , car key were locked inside the safe , i informed the receptionist and guess What , it took 3 hrs from the staff to replace the safe with a new one

It was good and it deserves which we paid, clean and comfortable.
Restaurant is amazing with amazing food choices.
Reception staff are amazing specially who is in the morning shift.

Waterpark was highlight, short bus ride to get there or 15 minute walk.

كل الفندق روعةةة قمة في الجمااال و خصوصا مستر هشام و مستر رشاد في الريسيبشن و كل ستاف المطعم ناس قمة ف الذوق و كل طلباتك بتكون مجابة بصدر رحب و المعاملة فوق الممتازة و عملولنا ابجريد للروم من نفسهم و الشيف بيعدي علي كل ترابيزة يسألهم عن مستوي الاكل

Cons:

room Internet irregular & slow, AC old & extremely noisy, beach far from rooms, loby and restaurant obsolete, music in beach & aqua park is mostly vulgar & loud and hotel is overall very noisy & crowded.
