General cleanless, very friendly staff , excellent food collection and special thanks to the main chef Mr. Mohamed Bakry for the daily different tasty dishes. The aquapark was great experience.
Hotel furniture is old and need to renew , the aquapark time need to be more to have more fun.

Overall, we had an okay stay and felt it was good value for the price we paid.
The rooms are quite dated, and the beds are extremely hard, which wasn't very comfortable. However, the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay, and we were always provided with fresh towels and clean bedding whenever needed.
Unfortunately, our biggest issue was with the reception staff, who were rude on several occasions. My partner and I checked in at different times. When I checked in, I was only given one room key and one towel card. I explained that there were two of us, and I was told my partner would receive his towel card when he arrived. He never did. At the end of our holiday, reception tried to charge me £15 for a missing towel card that we had never been given. My partner had used his own beach towel throughout the holiday, so we knew we hadn't lost one. One member of staff even called me a liar. I asked them to check their CCTV if they didn't believe me. Eventually, a manager came over and told us to leave it and go, as we needed to get ready for our flight. It was an unnecessary and stressful way to end our holiday.
Aside from the issues with reception, we enjoyed our stay. The food was good, and we felt the hotel offered decent value for money. The waterpark is also a big plus to the hotel. It’s just a 5 minute bus ride or 20 mins walk.
The highlight of our holiday was the waiter, El Fooly, at Bella Ciao. He worked tirelessly from day to night and was always kind, friendly, and smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he really made our stay more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service.

I tried beach restaurant food was so bad the main food restaurant had a lot of variety but quality so poooooooooooor even the drinks no fresh juices all powder juices with tons of sugar so if guest don’t like sugar he can’t drink anything there even water taste bad it’s not mineral water

Yes, I enjoyed every meal; the food was exceptional, varied, and distinctive, with constant attention from Chef Mohamed Abdel-Majid. The accommodation features helpful and cheerful reception staff—especially Mr. Rashed and Mr. Hashem—along with the rest of the hotel team, such as Captain Bar Mr. Mohamed Baz.
