Am avut o experiență excelentă și îl recomand cu toată încrederea!
Camera curată, confortabilă oferindu-ne tot ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur plăcut. Un mare plus îl reprezintă personalul hotelului, extrem de amabil, profesionist și atent la nevoile oaspeților. Încă din prima zi ne-au oferit toate informațiile și indicațiile necesare pentru a ne bucura cât mai mult de vacanță, fiind mereu disponibili să ne ajute cu recomandări și sfaturi utile.
Poziția hotelului este excelentă, fiind foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice, care pot fi vizitate pe jos, iar pentru celelalte există acces rapid și facil la mijloacele de transport în comun.
De asemenea, nu ratați restaurantul situat deasupra hotelului! Mâncarea este excelentă, preparatele sunt delicioase și atent pregătite, iar priveliștea este pur și simplu de poveste. Este locul perfect pentru a lua masa admirând orașul și pentru a încheia o zi de explorare într-o atmosferă deosebită.
Mulțumim întregii echipe pentru ospitalitate și pentru contribuția la o vacanță memorabilă! Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Неплохое расположение, долгий завтрак

Cons:

Если что-то идет не так, то идет не так по всем пунктам. Во первых сам номер - ночью невозможно спать, шум с улицы (немного спасло закрытое окно), простыни с дырками, через входную дверь ночью пробивается свет из коридора, который мешает спать. Очень странные датчик дыма прямо в потолке над кроватью, который также ярко светил всю ночь, мешая спать. Звукоизоляция никакая, днем видимо в соседнем номере шел ремонт, было очень шумно. В фотографиях отеля очень красивая терраса на крыше с рестораном, но завтрак подают почему то на первом этаже с видом на машины. При этом столиков для завтрака очень мало, пришлось стоят и ждать, когда другие люди закончат есть, чтобы позавтракать. На второй вечер в номере кондиционер стал издавать странные звуки во время работы. Остались очень недовольными, хотя жили до этого в другом отеле за такую же цену, где таких проблем не было.

Die Unterkunft zeichnet sich aus durch ihr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und - wenn nötig, lösungsorientiertes - Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier unter anderem die Reinigungskraft Hülya.

Weiterhin möchte ich anmerken, dass das Raymond Hotel jeden Morgen ein vielfältiges und stärkendes Frühstück anbietet.

Comfort enough, but not as comfortable as it could be.

Central to all the tourist attractions

Cons:

Very small, no room for 2 people to open their suitcases. The property was also very noisy. If you like to sleep with your windows open, it’s very noisy outside, but once you close them it is fine. I’m more upset with the rest of the guests, they were very loud and disrespectful when coming and going. You need to have signs telling guests that there is a quiet time between maybe 10pm and 7am. There was always small children creaming and carrying on in the hallways.

In the heart of the old city
Pros:

I’ve been coming to the Raymond hotel almost every year (2019, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026) and will definitely come back again next year!
The location is great (close to gulhane tram station and close to Egypt bazar), the rooms are spacious and the staff is the best! Abdullah is one of the main reasons that a lot of people come back to Raymond hotel!

Cons:

The breakfast area has been reduced which tends to get full very fast.
