On a adoré le roof top , vraiment agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le Bosphore , en fait La seule chose qui nous a déçu est le petit déjeuner,

generally it is ok, but would be helpful if staff is more welcoming to the guest.
Pros:

close to famous landmark

Cons:

staff are not helpful, everytime a request is made they just nod their head, at one point i was borrowing flat iron and the staff at the reception just said i cant help just wait for the manager tomorow, and just nod his help without even attempting to help. There is only who helped during the check in apart from no one.

Nu mi a plăcut faptul ca scrie ca are parcare ….doar sa ți lași bagajele….lși de fapt primul lucru care ți se spune la recepție este ca parcarea costă 15 euro pe zi in nu știu ce parcare .

Beware: this is not a 4-star hotel

Staff were nice and breakfast was fine.

Cons:

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. Their name on booking says 4 stars, but the quality and state of the hotel definitely do not match a 4-star hotel. Also, I couldn't see the 4 stars anywhere in the hotel itself, which makes me wonder if they actually have that number of stars or they are just saying so on Booking. To me, this is more a 2 or 3-star hotel, so I was quite disappointed because I booked this for a special occasion for my parents-in-law and found a very basic hotel with oldish rooms that definitely need some maintenance. Also, the price was too high for the quality I found.

The staff are amazing!
I had stayed at Raymond for 6 nights and then went to Buyukada for 2 nights before returning to Raymond Hotel and honestly it felt like coming home to friendly faces, warm greetings, truly lovely staff... shout out to Yulya one of the cleaning ladies who was just so lovely and Abdullah who never seems to have a day off. Just exceptional treatment of guests.... I really felt safe and welcomed as a solo older female traveller a long way from home and I appreciated to care I recieved when I stayed at Raymond Hotel. I would come back here without hesitation.

Cons:

The only minor thing is that there is no where for a suit case so I had to put it on the bed. Maybe a folding luggage rack would be good? But in the big scheme of things this is a minor issue.

Ottima posizione, perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. Camera decisamente piccola, arredamento e finiture tendenti al vecchio ma ambiente molto pulito. Letto comodo, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, colazione con ampia scelta.
