Pros:

Para la estancia que nos quedamos cumplio las expectativas y si en algun futuro hay alguna remodelación del hotel consideren poner elevador.

Cons:

El agua sale muy turbia pero no es problema del hotel es algo que afecta a toda la ciudad.

BUENA UBICACION, HABITACION CÓMODA Y ESPACIOSA, MUY BUEN PRECIO
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, estuvimos acudiendo a un evento en Parque Morelos y estuvo muy cerca. Está bastante céntrico, muy cerca de una estación de metro bus, hay un 7 Eleven a una cuadra. El hotel es fácil de ubicar.

Cons:

No tiene elevador o al menos no lo pude ubicar; estuvimos hospedados en segundo piso por lo que no hubo inconveniente; sin embargo, para una persona con movilidad limitada podría ser un inconveniente.

My stay was less than satisfactory.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The water was contaminated, smelled like drain water and was coming out dirty from the toilet, shower and sink. It smelled terrible and stink up the whole room.

No lavan bien los baños!
Pros:

Muy cerca del centro histórico y mercado de San Juan.

Cons:

Que no tiene elevador, huele mucho a humedad y no lavan bien el baño, ni el cepillo le pasan por dentro al inodoro, también tiene toallas muy viejas, reservé para mí y mis dos hijos y solo nos dejaron 2 toallas, quedaron de volver con la tercera pero no pasó.

Pros:

ME GUSTO QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN UNA ZONA CENTRICA, ASÍ QUE PUEDES DESPLAZARTE CAMINANDO FACILMENTE, ES SEGURO. EL HOTEL ES COMODO, BONITO, LIMPIO, LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL ES EXCELENTE.

EN 2 OCASIONES EL AGUA DE LA REGADERA Y LAVABO SALIA SUCIA.
