Vraiment toppissime
Pros:

L'accueil et la dame de l'après midi. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'amabilité du personnel y compris pour le restaurant . Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Cons:

Un petit peu de bruit dans les couloirs lors de la préparation des chambres
Ça parlait un peu fort et impossible de se reposer

La proximité de l hôtel avec le sanctuaire et l ascenseur dehors pour descendre au niveau du sanctuaire.

Cons:

Le bruit. Hôtel très mal insonorisé. Beaucoup de bruit le soir au-dessus de nous. Petit déjeuner moyen on a connu beaucoup mieux. De plus on devait attendre le matin notre table jamais prête. Réveillé tôt le matin par le jour car les rideaux occultants en 4 parties donc fermais mal. Bref du soleil a récupérer.

Great value!
Pros:

Part of the giant hotel-row complex near the Sanctuary. We had a room on the 7th floor I think. The room was very comfortable. Basic but met our needs. Bedding was comfortable and the shower was nice. Best of all the place had AC on the hottest day of the year! Dinner at the dining room downstairs was satisfying and inexpensive. Great value for not very much money!

Un bon séjour et surtout j'ai pu visiter, assisté à la messe.
Pros:

On n'a pas pris de petit déjeuner,mais on a apprécié la propreté de la chambre et le confort du lit

Cons:

En principe la chambre était composé de 3 petits lits,parce qu'on était 3 ,et là un grand lit 2 places,et 1 petit lit,en compensation on nous a offert le parking,bon geste commercial.

Al nostro arrivo, poco prima di mezzanotte, abbiamo scoperto che la nostra prenotazione era sparita e che le camere non erano più disponibili, nonostante il soggiorno fosse già stato pagato e avessimo comunicato in anticipo l’orario del nostro arrivo.
Siamo stati trasferiti in un altro hotel, più modesto, dove comunque ci siamo trovati bene. Ciò che ci ha deluso è stata la gestione della situazione: abbiamo chiesto più volte di parlare con il direttore per capire se fosse prevista qualche forma di risarcimento per il disagio subito, ma non si è mai fatto trovare.
La valutazione non riguarda quindi i servizi dell’hotel, che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare, ma la scarsa cura nella gestione delle prenotazioni e la mancanza di attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti.
