Hôtel pratique, plaisant et acceuillant, très bien situé, prix raisonnable
Pros:

- Accueil sympathique (le réceptionniste à dit quelques mots en français) et enregistrement rapide.
- Café et thé gratuit dans le hall d’accueil à toute heure
- Accessoires pour la toilette disponible à côté de la réception
- Qualité de la literie
- 4 minutes à pied de la gare Keikyu Kamata, très pratique pour se rendre à l’aéroport d’Haneda et seulement 10 minutes en train jusqu’à Shinagawa
- 8 à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare JR Kamata, permettant d'élargir les destinations
- Énormément de commerces et restaurants à proximité notamment en allant en direction de la gare JR de Kamata- Facilité du check-out (1 minutes avec la machine)
- Hôtel globalement calme
- Salle de bain propre avec tout le nécessaire
- Service (payant, 300 euros environ) de mise en relation avec un médecin parlant anglais dans l’heure et ce 24h/24
- Fourniture de chargeurs sur demande à la réception
- le prix! 50 euros environ la nuit. Attention cela est du au moment au j'écris cela à la faiblesse du yens par rapport à l'euro et à réduction de Booking

Cons:

- Chambre un peu petite donc pas évident d’ouvrir la valise sans bloquer le passage à d’entrée. Cependant la relative petite taille de la chambre n’est pas propre à cet hôtel, c’est commun au Japon. Donc suivant la durée de votre séjour et votre gabarit, faites attention à choisir au besoin une chambre plus grande dans cet hôtel.
- La chambre étant petite la climatisation se déclenche assez fréquemment donc un peu bruyant. Cependant la ventilation n’est pas dirigée vers la tête et il y a des réglages concernant la vitesse de ventilation.
- Peu d'informations en anglais, par exemple concernant le fonctionnement de la télécommande de la climatisation.

Cool area with easy access to Haneda Airport
Pros:

Convenient location between the Keikyu and JR stations of Kamata (so it's easy to get to Yokohama or Tokyo with 20 minutes) and the big bonus: just 15 minutes to Haneda Airport. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are all around, really a cool vibe of the area! The staff was very kind, always friendly, and helpful. The room has everything you need (some even come with a washing machine). Free coffee 24/7 is available, next to the ice maker.

Cons:

The breakfast is a selection of frozen food that you can heat up (4 types of soup, 3 types of onigiri and 3 types of bread/pastries) - the selection is limited so for my 7-night-stay I had to eat the same things.

Great spot near Haneda!
Pros:

This was a great place to stay that is close to Haneda Airport. The room was small but there was plenty of floor space, a little table, and a washing machine in the room! The bathroom is also roomy with a full-size shower. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were also great.

Cons:

I loved the location as a place to stay on the way in or out of Tokyo, but it is pretty far from the main sights. There was plenty of good restaurants in the area.
