Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: some guests praised daily cleaning and clean linens, but there are multiple complaints about dirty rooms, toilet smell, limited toiletries and visible wear (peeling wallpaper, dust on balconies).
Service
10
Consistently positive mentions: friendly, helpful and polite reception and staff; quick resolution of issues (e.g., offered room change for a broken bathroom feature). A few isolated negative interactions when requesting extras, but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.5
Generally praised: close to a large park, artist quarter and riverside promenade; described as 'top' location by multiple guests. A minority noted it is far from the city center.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable by some, but several reviews note aging rooms, old furniture, malfunctioning AC, shower mixer issues and missing in-room fridge—indicating below-par room condition in places.
Amenities
6
Notable shortcomings: limited toiletries, water rationing, some WiFi/connection problems, spa reported closed, barkeeper incompetence and lack of in-room fridges. Some positive small amenities (coffee bar) noted, but overall amenities are inconsistent.
Value for Money
9.5
Multiple guests explicitly praised the price-to-quality ratio and acceptable pricing; some concerns about extra charges for breakfast or restricted payment currencies, but overall perceived as very good value.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast described as sumptuous and good by some, but with criticisms: no labels on dishes, lack of healthy options (greens, skimmed/hot milk) and a restaurant rated below average by a few guests.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive recommendations from many guests (comfortable stay, would recommend), tempered by recurring issues with room condition, some cleanliness lapses and amenity limitations.

Ужасно
Pros:

По приезду оказалось, что в отеле нет горячей воды - заранее об этом никто не сообщил.
Номер старый, убран плохо.
Заплатил за ранний заезд и ночь - выехал в 17:00 того же дня - разницу никто возвращать не собирался.

Cons:

Все!
