The hotel was amazing. Clean and classic reflecting Peru. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. Most important the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The staff is so attentive. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the main square. The entire staff especially Juan was helpful and accommodated my food allergy needs. They even gave me a boxed breakfast for my early morning visit to Machu Picchu. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Cusco.

Everything was perfect. The room, the breakfast, staff at breakfast and reception. Loved the whole hotel and the atmosphere as well.
Wonderful stay at the Aranwa. The hotel is gorgeous. It's even a museum! The location is just a little over a block away from the main plaza. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and our waiter Juan Carlos was fantastic. Very personable with tons of fun stories and helpful advice. I definitely recommend.
Our stay at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
The location is perfect—close to many restaurants, local markets, pharmacies, shopping, and, of course, all of Cusco’s breathtaking historical landmarks. Everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect place to experience the beauty and culture of Cusco.
The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It feels like staying in a living museum, where history has been beautifully preserved while offering every modern comfort.
The rooms are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed with a modern touch while maintaining the historical essence of the property. They feature comfortable beds, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, and everything you need for a wonderful stay.
Breakfast is included every morning, and it is outstanding. The food is exceptional—not only for breakfast but also for lunch and dinner. Every meal we enjoyed was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
The service is truly second to none. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping team, everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Housekeeping keeps the rooms spotless and fully stocked, and from the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed with complimentary tea in the lobby, including traditional coca tea, muña tea, and a variety of other herbal teas.
This was our second stay at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel, and we are already looking forward to returning for our third visit. That alone speaks volumes about how much we love this hotel.
I would especially like to recognize the outstanding front desk team for their professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and genuine care. Thank you to Bryan, Guido, and everyone else whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Please accept my sincere apologies for not mentioning each of you individually—you are all amazing and made us feel truly at home.
I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible restaurant team. Thank you, Antonio, Marco Polo, and all the waiters, chefs, servers, and kitchen staff. Your exceptional service, warm smiles, and attention to detail made every meal a memorable experience.
Our time at Aranwa was much more than a vacation. It became a beautiful, peaceful, spiritual, and deeply meaningful experience that we will always treasure.
Thank you to every member of the Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel family for your kindness, dedication, and outstanding hospitality. You have created a place that feels like a home away from home, and we cannot wait to return.
Thank you, Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel… to infinity and beyond!
Cozy hotel, fantastic location near Plaza de Armas.. The hotel itself is like a museum! What made our stay special are the staff who are very welcoming, from the colleagues greeting us from the hotel, reception, restaurant etc. Special shoutout to Antonio, who chatted with us every morning and made our stay feel like home. Housekeeping is also meticulous. Mucho gracias 🙏🏻

This hotel is truly out of this world, a beautiful hotel previously a monastery. Everything from the room, breakfast, staff and service has way exceeded our expectations. A TRUE 5 star ⭐️ hotel . Big thank you to Juan our breakfast waiter and the chef who cooked our eggs & pancakes for breakfast. The reception even offered to sort out getting international stamps so we could post our post cards home. A hotel that goes the extra mile. The house keeping and cleanliness is seen throughout the hotel. We would recommend to anyone coming to Cusco to stay here, far superior than the Belmond chain.
The Aranwa is a lovely boutique hotel, full of colonial history and furniture. It’s also 5 minutes from Cusco’s main square and ideal to explore the city. Every Sunday there is a parade in the square starting at 8:0am. and worthy a visit when you are so close to the square. For those that like walking you can take a slow walk up the hill to Saqsaywaman, again well worth the visit. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and appreciate the value of their guests. My wife was poorly when we arrived suffering from altitude sickness and upset tummy. The concierge was more than happy to run to a chemist for us and bring back medicines with a receipt as proof of payment.
The restaurant staff equally as helpful and informative with suggestions for local places to visit. A big shout out to Juan Carlos, for his sense of humour, compassion, making up the dehydration drinks and general warmth. I very rarely write reviews but thought it was important to make an exception and hope if you choose this hotel you feel the same.
