Pros:

I had a wonderful two-night stay at the Clarion Paris CDG Airport. As someone with 13 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, I truly appreciated the high standards maintained throughout the hotel.
The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and very reasonable prices. The beef was tender and full of flavour, and the truffle sauce was outstanding. We enjoyed the Supreme of Chicken, the dish of the day and the Fish & Chips, all of which were beautifully prepared.
A special thank you to Fethi for his professionalism and warm welcome. Azzedine provided exceptional service and excellent wine recommendations, demonstrating impressive knowledge of the wine list. Chris at the bar was also highly professional and friendly.
The spa team was amazing, the hotel was spotless, and every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, attentive and helpful. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families and couples looking for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very enjoyable from start to finish.

Pros:

Loved the bed, super comfy. The size of the room was good for a family and liked the separate sleeping area for the kids. Balcony view was good and close to airport. Bar and pizza was good. Staff where friendly and smiley.

Cons:

Found a random sock beside curtain and a smoothie carton left over from last guest, which made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also the bath drain wouldn't close so wasn't able to have a bath which was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses et les parties communes sont agréables.

Cons:

Les chambres sont abîmées, désuètes. Il n’y a pas assez de couverts et vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes que la chambre peut accueillir.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié mon sejour dans cet hotel . le service à la réception pas tres courtois

La climatisation n’a pas fonctionné pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.

J’ai contacté la réception à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel nous a promis l’envoi d’un ventilateur ainsi que de bouteilles d’eau pour compenser la chaleur, mais nous n’avons rien reçu pendant les quatre nuitées passées à l’établissement.

La situation était tellement inconfortable que nous avons dû passer une nuit dans un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir dormir dans des conditions acceptables.

Par ailleurs, il nous a également été impossible d’obtenir des équipements de base tels que des cuillères, des tasses pour le café ou encore des assiettes, malgré nos demandes répétées.

Cette expérience a été très décevante et ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu. Ces nombreux manquements ont eu un impact significatif sur la qualité de notre séjour et ne correspondent pas aux prestations annoncées.CLIMATISATION DEFECTUEUSE - MANQUE DE VAISSELLES

Notre caution de 250 EUROS versée à l'arrivée à l'hotel est jusqu'a ce jour bloquée .

Nous souhaitons notre remboursement au plus tôt.

Do not stay here.
Pros:

Had dinner at the restaurant. Food was good but very small portion. No one else was there. Service intermittant.

Cons:

There was mold annd unclean bathroom. Air conditioning not working well and no fan available. Outdoor area was unusable. No shuttle available, told to use a taxi. Did not arrange taxi as promised and confirmed in the morning. Staff was uninterested and odd. Charged a $250 deposit three times to my credit card. I feel Excessive for one night stay. Very old and worn out facilities. Looks nothing like pictures advertised. Could not accommodate a crib request.

Pros:

L’emplacement et surtout la qualité de service

Cons:

Manque de propreté surtout la terrasse vu que nous étions re déchaussée pas possible d’accéder car vu son état sa fait un bon moment pas faite.
Nous avons pas eu de savons ni shampoing ni de gel douche dans les deux chambres , et malgré le signalement mais malheureusement pas reçu.
Pour un 4 étoiles je crois que c’est le minimum
