The hotel has great views of the lake, is in front of a free beach and is only a quick stroll into town. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was decent but the coffee machine was dated and the coffee was fairly average.

Cons:

From walking down the corridors with doors open it appears as though some, but not all, rooms have been renovated. The cheaper "economy" rooms are dated with old beds and very small bathrooms. They were however clean. So if you're accustomed to the lower standards of hotels in Italy and more dated decor, it is fine; if you're more accustomed to international four star hotels in Southeast Asia or the Middle East, you will likely be disappointed.

Geen fijne, kleine, gedateerde kamer met vrij slechte matrassen. Niet verwacht voor een 4 sterren hotel. Hotel verder we

Ligging vlak bij het meer en gratis parkeren.

Cons:

Kamer was niet 4 sterren waardig. Erg klein douche waar je net niet in kon staan zonder tegen de kraan en schuifwand aam te komen. Kamer was erg gedateerd. Bed, matrassen waren vrij slecht. Foto’s die er op de booking site bij de kamer stonden waren met super groothoeklens gemaakt maar je kon net naast het bed doorschuiven naar het kleine balkon. In de douche was ook een regendouche maar die werkte niet.
Ligging en hotel waren verder best goed maar de kamer zorgde er wel voor dat het niet echt een fijn verblijf was.

Delightful stay, will be coming back.
Pros:

If you are comfortable driving in Italy, this hotel is an excellent alternative to staying in Milan. Short drive from Malpensa airport and right on Lake Maggiore. It’s outside the ZTL and offers easy parking on-site. It’s just a short walk to Arona central shops and restaurants.
Ask for a renovated superior room and enjoy amazing lake views.

Cons:

It’s not a large hotel, so book in advance to secure your stay.
