Localização é muito boa!! Local seguro!

Cons:

Quarto muito apertado! Banheiro muito apertado. Tem que posicionar a cortina para o banho, caso contrário o banheiro inunda (acho que todos na Argentina são assim). Visão da janela é muito triste.
