Excelente el personal, muy atento y eficiente. Limpieza impecable.

Cons:

Viejas las instalaciones, los baños ya están desde hace tiempo como para reformar. Los canales de TV se ven con muy baja calidad.

Pros:

La ubicación cerca de todo en Recoleta y Retiro. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. Los cuartos están muy prolijos y la ducha es excelente

Cons:

Hay muy poca aislacion de sonido se escuchan los ruidos del cuarto de al lado. Por otra parte, las camas matrimoniales son chicas pero todo correctisimo, volvería siempre

Agradable pero disconforme

El personal, los clientes y la limpieza. Además su ubicación es bastante buena, sector aunque no muy bonito (esa cuadra), muy tranquilo.
Tenían té y café a toda hora disponible en el primer piso, eso se agradece.

Cons:

Es un hotel al parecer antiguo pero sin remodelación, al nivel de cualquier otro hotel de mediana calidad. Una de las razones por la que elegí el hotel era por el desayuno que comentaban, y la verdad, no tenía nada de especial. Además de siempre lo mismo, facturitas muy pobres...
Otras cosas:
- Estaban haciendo trabajos desde las 08 AM (yo estaba en piso 8 y se escucha todo). Igual uno como extranjero va a descansar.
- Si hay familiar con niños chicos y sabemos que los padres de ahora no controlan nada, déjenlos en un piso a todos. No tenemos que pagar nosotros por gritos y llantos.

Really good breakfast and friendly Staff.

Cons:

Bathroom was in a weird shape, I couldn't even sit down on the toilet because the sink was too close to the toilet. I have never been that uncomfortable in the toilet. The room was okay otherwise. And you can easily hear the neighbors which was unpleasant when sleeping.
